OnCourse Strategies was founded in 2001 and provides professional services to the golf industry. The company has owned and/or leased a portfolio of golf properties located primarily in Texas. At it's peak the company operated ten golf properties but has been reducing its portfolio since 2014 with only two remaining daily fee golf courses. OnCourse Strategies professionals have extensive golf and country club expertise and also provide periodic management and consulting services to other golf industry clients on a selective engagement basis. Available areas of service include transaction services, deal analysis, due diligence studies, market analysis, lender support, interim management and all aspects of golf and country club operational consulting. When accepting an outside engagement, our objectives are to provide creative strategies, solutions and sound advice for each unique circumstance in a timely and cost effective manner.
