With more than 35 years' experience in health care real estate, Bond Oman has developed over 250 medical office buildings (ranging in size from 5,000 to 150,000 SF) in 35 states. These developments include dialysis centers, cancer centers, stand-alone ERs, urgent care clinics, psychiatric hospitals, behavioral treatment facilities, surgery centers, orthopedic centers, medical office buildings, and a host of other ambulatory-type medical facilities. He has extensive experience acquiring and selling investment property and working with many institutional buyers and lenders. Oman was named a Key Influencer in Healthcare Real Estate by the GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum, was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by Healthcare Real Estate Insights and is a past board member of the Nashville Healthcare Council. He graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Banking and Finance and Managerial Finance.

Charles Watkins

For more than two decades, Charles Watkins has overseen the development and construction of over 250 medical, office, and retail projects throughout the U.S. He is actively involved in every aspect of the development process, ranging from Project Initiation through Closeout. Watkins currently holds his Project Management Professional (PMPĀ®) accreditation from the Project Management Institute (PMIĀ®) and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Tennessee. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The University of Alabama and a Master's in Engineering in Construction Management from Vanderbilt University.

David Horn

David Horn specializes in health care transaction management and oversees due diligence in acquisitions, development and sales of stabilized properties. Additionally, Horn has financial management responsibility for over 50 investment properties and oversees the property management function within OGA. He is also active in new business development and performs due diligence and research on new ventures and new venture partners. Horn earned a bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Tennessee.

Matt Mattox - CEO

Matt Mattox leads OGA's Dallas Office as Senior Managing Director. He has more than two decades of commercial real estate development, acquisitions and capital markets experience, the majority of which has been in the health care real estate sector. As both a principal and an advisor, his clients have included regional and national health systems, independent physician groups, ambulatory surgery center operators and senior living providers, and his representative transactional volume exceeds $3 billion of total consideration. Mattox served three years as an associate board member for Fort Worth Community Credit Union and chaired the Audit Committee. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, with an emphasis in finance and entrepreneurship, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Baylor University.

Sam Sarbacker

Sam Sarbacker joined OGA as Vice President of Development in 2013. He has worked on a wide array of projects, including dialysis centers, hospitals, cancer centers, senior housing facilities, medical office buildings, ambulatory care centers, technology centers, and manufacturing facilities. Sarbacker received his EDAC certification from The Center for Health Design. He is a LEED Accredited Professional who completed two LEED NC Silver projects and achieved the first LEED ND Silver Pre-Certified Plan in the country. Sarbacker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Purdue University and is a Dale Carnegie graduate.

Zee Jennings - Managing Director

Zee Jennings is Managing Director of OGA's Dallas office. He is responsible for sourcing and managing the firm's commercial real estate investments with a focus on the development and acquisition of health care real estate. Jennings has 12 years of commercial real estate experience and has led more than $1 billion in healthcare-related transactions. He possesses a diverse background in asset management, property management, development, acquisition, finance and investor relations. He Jennings earned his Master of Business Administration with honors from Mercer University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Auburn University.
