Dan Cunningham

Born with a camera in one hand and a Mac Pro in the other, Dan had produced media content for everyone from worldwide missions organizations to major label-signed bands before he entered high school. Working as a full-time A/V specialist with the historic "No on 4 Campaign," Dan helped pioneer a groundbreaking approach to video-based campaign communications. Shortly thereafter, he began working with Consensus to develop innovative video campaigns and winning TV advertisements for leading corporations, industry groups, non-profits and political candidates. Raised in the Digital Age, Dan practices the new model of cutting-edge videography, which focuses on delivering cinematic, visually compelling production at a fraction of the traditional cost. Dan has lived with technology his entire life-and he didn't have to be "retrained" to use modern production tools. He understands them intuitively. Dan manages the production and development of Consensus' television and web videos, websites, graphics, and email marketing campaigns. He's also a much sought-after motion graphics artist and personal instructor, having used the Adobe Creative Suite since its inception. His work encompasses everything from :30 TV spots to feature-length films and documentaries. Dan's work has been featured on major news outlets, including FOX and MSNBC, as well as nearly every major conservative radio outlet in the nation. Originally from Minnesota, Dan enjoys spending time with his Wife and 2 children in Orlando. He holds a B.S. in Film and Television Production from Full Sail University.

Dana Loncar

Dana Loncar has 20 years of experience in public affairs and community relations for a variety of clients in Central Florida. Her clients include leading trade associations, industry groups, public/private consortiums, and Fortune 500 companies in sectors ranging from agribusiness to tourism and healthcare to retail. Since joining Consensus almost 15 years ago, Dana has focused on local lobbying and campaign management for a variety of clients. Her local government experience - specifically local referenda dates back to 2008 when she led the citizen petition effort to establish the Elected School Board Chairman in Orange County. Most recently she led the successful campaigns to renew the half penny sales tax for Orange County Public Schools (2014) and to pass a half penny sales tax for Osceola County Schools (2016). Dana has worked on campaigns for many Central Florida leaders including Chairman Bill Sublette (2000, 2010, 2014) and former Senate President Andy Gardiner (2012). Dana joined Consensus in 2006 after four years working in government affairs for Orlando Health overseeing the Government and Community Relations staff and functions for the organization on the federal, state, and local levels. Dana's specific focus was on lobbying for local, state and federal policy issues and federal appropriations. During this time, Dana led Orlando Health's effort to obtain funding for Central Florida's only Level I Trauma Center and was successful in obtaining the first local public dollars for the trauma center - $3.2 million from four local governments. Originally from Tallahassee, Dana graduated from Florida State with a degree in Political Science. Dana is a graduate of Leadership Orlando Class 57 and served as the Chairman of the Board for the Coalition for the Homeless from 2010 to 2011 and on the board of trustees for The Christ School from 2019 to 2020.

John Sowinski

John Sowinski is a founding partner of Consensus. He is a veteran of numerous statewide political, issue and corporate campaigns and has more than 20 years experience in public policy, media relations, message development, and paid media management. John has consulted for a number of successful statewide issue and corporate campaigns and served as general consultant to the successful Mel Martinez for Senate campaign in 2004. John is regarded as the premier expert on statewide referendum campaigns in Florida, having accomplished an unmatched record in statewide ballot initiatives. He has led nine successful statewide campaigns in Florida - more than any other consultant. His notable victories include the 1992 "Eight is Enough" term limits campaign; the 1994 "Net Ban" campaign; the 1994 "No Casinos" campaign; the 1996 campaign against a proposed tax of Florida sugar; the 2000 campaign in support of high speed rail; and the 2002 Smoke Free Workplace initiative; the 2006 Youth Tobacco Education initiative, and the 2010 "Vote No on 4" campaign, which defeated the so-called "Hometown Democracy" Amendment in an unlikely landslide. John was Student Body President at the University of Central Florida, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration. Morgan Entsuah

Morgan Entsuah serves as the Digital and Social Media Coordinator at Consensus Communications. As a card-carrying millennial, Morgan was virtually born with a love of social media, digital creativity, and a good analytics dashboard. Morgan joined Consensus after four years in marketing and community relations for Orlando Health, Orlando Health National Training Center, and Orlando Health South Lake Hospital. During this time, Morgan promoted service lines, physicians, and programs on various campaigns, including media broadcast opportunities with professional athletes and NBC Nightly News. A proud Ragin' Cajun, Morgan graduated from the University of Louisiana with a degree in Public Relations. While in school she was a four-year member of Ragin' Jazz, the collegiate dance team. Morgan enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Ebo, and their two dogs. Since Morgan's vocation is also her avocation, Morgan runs social media and communications for her husband, a local elected official in Central Florida.

Ryan's work includes award-winning corporate TV spots and hundreds of ads for successful campaigns across the country-from Florida, North Carolina, Alabama, and Arkansas to Minnesota, Connecticut, Kentucky, and Virginia. Ryan's ads have also headlined The Drudge Report, scored millions of hits on YouTube, and earned coverage from Fox News, MSNBC, The Hill, RealClearPolitics, and many other national outlets. In 2014, Ryan published a book on generational politics with Post Hill Press. Upon its release, the new title quickly shot to the top of Amazon's National Politics, Elections and Commentary sections. Ryan has also periodically written for national news outlets, including the Daily Caller, CNS News, and Townhall.com. As an accomplished spokesman and ghostwriter, his work has appeared in most major print outlets in Florida, including the Tampa Bay Times, the Miami Herald, and the Orlando Sentinel. He is also a veteran of Mel Martinez's successful U.S. Senate bid in 2004 and an alumnus of his Senate staff. In 2012, Ryan was honored as one of the Orlando Business Journal's "40 under 40." He attended Rollins College on a full academic scholarship and graduated with a BA in Political Science.

Sara Johnson

Sara Johnson is the office manager at Consensus Communications. Her day-to-day responsibilities include corresponding with clients and vendors, attending to a wide array of administrative tasks, and overseeing the office, but her specialty is keeping the team well caffeinated. She would love to welcome you at our front door and help you with any questions you might have. Before joining Consensus Communications in a permanent role, Sara worked on campaigns and political initiatives small and large throughout the state, in the restaurant industry, and with her church. Sara holds a B.S. degree in Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University and in 2015 she made Florida Politics' "30 under 30" list of rising stars. Originally from Tallahassee, Sara enjoys cheering on the Florida State Seminoles and volunteering at her church in Winter Garden.

Trent Phillips

As a director at Consensus Communications, Trent Phillips advises clients on content and strategy, with a focus on political and legislative communications. A veteran of the state legislature and of numerous campaigns, Trent's experience includes advising successful candidates, political campaigns, and elected officials across the Sunshine State. Prior to joining Consensus, Trent served as a Legislative Analyst in the Florida Senate Majority Office, where he advised members of the Republican caucus on policy initiatives and developed communication strategies that enabled Senators to effectively message their achievements to their constituents and the media. During the 2018 campaign cycle, Trent served as Deputy State Director with the Florida Republican Senatorial Campaign Committee, developing comprehensive grassroots and political operations in battleground Tampa Bay and I-4 Corridor legislative races. Trent also served as Legislative Assistant to State Senator Jeff Brandes and State Representative James Grant, helping to advance policy proposals that embraced innovation and technology. He returns to Consensus after working on the "No Casinos" team in 2014. A native of Orlando, Trent graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Political Science. In 2016, Trent was named one of Florida Politics "30 Under 30" rising stars in Florida Politics.
