Dr. Don Ferguson

Dr. Don Ferguson has been a physician for 27 years. He has been our Medical Director for 7 years. He currently works at the Lindsay Main Street clinic and graduated from the University of Oklahoma and then received his Doctorate from Eastern Virginia Medical School. He is board certified in Family Medicine and worked in emergency medicine for many years. Began working at South Central Medical Center because he had an opportunity to work in a small town close to home. He has always enjoyed working in rural communities.

Dr. Shelly Hildebrand-Beach

Dr. Susan Jones

Dr. Susan Jones, DO is a Family Medicine Specialist and has over 43 years of experience in the medical field. She graduated from UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA / HEALTH SCIENCES CENTER in 1980. She is affiliated with South Central Medical Center part time at our Maysville Location.

Frannie Pryor

Frannie Pryor, MSW, LCSW has served as South Central's first Behavioral Health Director since July of 2019. She also has a part-time private practice in Oklahoma City and provides clinical licensure supervision to future LCSWs. Frannie is passionate about growing the behavioral health department and provides clinical services to individuals 12+ at the Chickasha and Lindsay locations three days a week. Frannie completed bachelor's and master's degrees in social work and has been dually licensed as a clinical social worker and alcohol and drug counselor. She earned a post-graduate certification in Integrated Behavioral Health and Primary Care from the University of Michigan School of Social Work. In recognition of her commitment, motivation, professional achievement, and leadership qualities that further the health center mission, Frannie received the 2017 Geiger Gibson Emerging Leader Award from George Washington University's Milken Institute of Public Health. She was also the recipient of the 2017 Social Worker of the Year Award from the National Association of Social Workers Oklahoma chapter (NASW-OK). Frannie has served as President of the NASW-OK, a Member of the Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers and as a Social Work representative on the Oklahoma Health Care Authority's Medical Advisory Committee. She has also worked as a Health Professions Educator for the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center (OUHSC) and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Research and Community Practice for the OUHSC Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences. Frannie enjoys learning, spending time with loved ones and practicing good self-care.

Haley Smith

Haley Smith, MS, LPC was our first school based mental health provider, focusing on working with our community's younger population. Haley has worked at the Leopard Nation Wellness Station, South Central's school-based site here in Lindsay, since 2019. Haley provides services to our school aged children and school staff, ranging in age from 4 years old and up. Haley has worked in the mental health field with children and adults for the last 10+ years, completing her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. Before joining South Central Haley worked for a Youth and Family Services center in the Oklahoma City area for 5 years, as well as provided services to children in the foster care system. Haley is EMDR and CBT certified as well as an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider. Haley also utilizes several play therapy techniques when working with our younger population in order to help them learn and grow in a way they can relate to. Haley enjoys spending time with her two boys, being active and likes to focus on ways to grow and challenge herself. Haley wants to empower others to challenge themselves to grow into everything they want to be and live their best lives.

Jana Bolling

Jana Bolling, is the Nurse Practitioner at the Leopard Nation Wellness Station. She has been with South Central Medical since August, 2022. Before coming to work with South Central Medical Center, She was a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care clinic and a Registered Nurse working with newborns, postpartum mothers. She received her BSN in 2007 from Oklahoma University and her MSN in 2020 from Graceland University. I really enjoy caring for others and feel like South Central Medical Center is the right place for me to provide safe affordable care to all with a focus on preventative care.

Lindsey Conner

Lindsey Conner is a family nurse practitioner at South Central Medical Center. She completed her Nurse Science degree at Oklahoma State University, and then earned her Master of Science degree at Frontier Nursing University. She holds a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Rachael Winkles

Rachael Winkles, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing inclusive, affirming behavioral health services to adults and teens 16+. Rachael first attended college in 2009 and returned as a TANF recipient and single mom in 2013. In 2015, she graduated through the Career Transitions program and was accepted as a transfer student to the University of Oklahoma. Rachael earned her Bachelor's degree in Criminology and later, her Master's degree in Social Work from OU. Rachael is in private practice in Norman and provides services to SCMRC patients at the Lindsay office and via telehealth three days a week. She has a background in offender rehabilitation and forensic social work, having served as a Criminal Justice Specialist, Adult Drug Court therapist and Recovery Court therapist. Rachael is the proud parent of two, school-aged daughters and enjoys spending time with her family at the trails, parks and festivals of Norman.

Rachelle Metcalf

Rachelle Metcalf, LPC loves being part of the Warrior Nation Wellness Station team! She is a LPC and received her Master's Degree in Community Counseling from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Since graduating from SE in 2006, she has had the privilege of providing care to people with a wide array of mental health struggles, in clinical and school based settings as well as inpatient mental health hospitals. She has also worked alongside organizations that serve at-risk teens who have been impacted by things such as homelessness, pregnancy, foster care/adoption, and human trafficking. She has a strong passion and love for helping people, especially kids and their families. "It's an honor to walk alongside those wanting to create positive changes so they can reach their goals"-Rachelle. She truly believes when a person has support, they can create a safer, happier, and healthier self, and true healing can occur.

Tanner Madden

Tanner Madden is a Social Work graduate student at the University of Oklahoma's Anne and Henry Zarrow School of Social Work. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Oklahoma. Tanner is currently studying under South Central's Behavioral Health Director, Frannie Pryor, to complete his foundation year practicum. His current goals are to create a resource directory and provide case management services for patients on the behavioral health waitlist. Tanner plans to complete his concentration year practicum at South Central next spring, focusing on providing direct clinical services to patients. Tanner is a member of the Kiowa and Creek Tribes and is particularly interested in working with American Indian populations. Upon completion of his MSW, Tanner plans to earn work for Indian Health Services and earn his LCSW.
