ON BALANCE PILATES

On Balance Pilates studio offers a unique Pilates experience focused on balancing the entire body, working from the inside out. Our beautiful open air studio offers a host of services to meet every persons needs... A fully equipped studio, we offer private, semi-private and group classes on the Pilates reformer, Caddilac, Wunda chairs and barrels. Our experienced staff also teaches CoreAlign and the Franklin Method. Our mat classes are taught via zoom and Live at Blue Lotus Kailua. We are proud to be the original Pilates studio on Oahu and we just celebrated 25 years of serving our community.
