From its beginnings as a small, local optical lab in downtown Birmingham, OPL has become an advanced, highly capable lab that provides premium optical products to ECPs throughout the southeast... In 2006, OPL became the first and only independent lab in the southeast to install a Crizal AR coating facility, expanding an already strong relationship with Essilor USA. Our full line of Essilor brands, such as Varilux, Transitions and Crizal are complemented with other premium offerings from Hoya, Seiko Optical, Shamir, X-Cel Optical, Younger Optics, and others...
