Ahmad Syazli is a Professional Architect (Malaysia) with more than 14 years of experience in the architecture and planning industry. His portfolio includes master planning, residential design, high-rise living, private bungalows, mixed use and religious buildings. Currently based in Malaysia, Syazli has been involved in various projects across the globe including Mongolia, China, Vietnam, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Thailand, Egypt and Philippines. He has received various awards, including "Fiabci prix d'excellence; Masterplan Gold Award" & "Cityscape; Islamic architecture Award".

Hoang Huu Dung graduated from Hanoi Architecture University, Architecture Faculty in 2002. After graduation, he has been part of several design and masterplanning projects before joining ONG&ONG. Past projects include HoChiMinh City of Natural University (480ha), Site A Detailed Masterplan Amendment in Hochiminh (480ha) and Saigon Hamtan Resort (220ha). He joined ONG&ONG as an Architect in 2007. Since then, he is involved in many projects including the awarded Phnom Penh Centre City Master Planning Competition (120ha), as well as a wide range of residential developments in Hanoi and HCMC. He was promoted to director in 2016 and his team managed approximately 10ha of residential and mixed-use developments in Sala Urban and is also working with top developers such as Vingroup. He is noted for his attention to detail and his project management skills. He always ensure that each project be a carefully considered response to the client's needs and market requirements.

Tien Yong has more than 15 years of experience in concept design and design development of residential, hotel, institutional, infrastructure, commercial and major master planning projects. His project experience includes residential developments, institutional buildings, master planning of mass rapid transit systems and other commuter facilities and design competitions, of which the most notable was The Regency Condominium Singapore, which was won in 2006. With his extensive experience, Tien Yong's designs are both creative and iconic. His projects span Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia and China.
Kok Hui has more than 15 years of corporate management experience in listed and private entities with business operations over North and South Asia. His experience includes starting/setting up business operations, turning around loss-making businesses, merger, acquisitions and investments. He joined ONG&ONG as a Director to establish architectural services in Mongolia in 2013 and became the first foreign wholly owned architectural firm to obtain full local architectural, structural and M&E licenses in Mongolia. He also established a property investment fund to invest in emerging and developing markets.
Kah Wai graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Master of Architecture in 2005. He has worked on projects of varying sizes and types, both locally and overseas. At ONG&ONG, Kah Wai has been involved since 2011 in Super Block - Marvell City at Surabaya, Renaissance Hotels & Resorts by Marriott in Nusa Dua - Bali and 6 HA Office & Residential Development at Pantai Indah Kapuk - The Gold Coast. Kah Wai has developed a great interest in technological integration, and promotes continual engagement in intellectual discourse to balance different aspects of architecture. He is an external Examiner for the Core Design Modules for the Singapore University of Technology and Design.
Woon Leng has 20 years of experience as an administrator at the Singapore Institute of Architects prior to joining ONG&ONG.

Stanley is the Brand Director of IMMORTAL, a wholly owned branding consultancy of the ONG&ONG Group. He leads an award-winning studio team, mentoring and developing designers and their skills, crafting brand identities for the Singapore and regional market. His brand strategy skills include assessing brand audits, name creation, visual identity design, packaging design, crafting brand communication systems and environmental wayfinding systems. Stanley's previous experience includes a working stint in London with Addison Design, where he was responsible for numerous branding projects for the European market. In Singapore, he crafted a packaging system for Ice Mountain, a local drinking water, which became the drink choice of a generation. He has also served as a retail consultant to numerous international brands, travelled extensively and held responsibilities spanning design development to international market and lifestyle trend creation, and has an avid interest in the arts and Asian culture.

Peck Khoon graduated from the University of Singapore and has been a PEB registered Professional Engineer since 1984. His passion is in efficient and elegant building design and this has been well captured in his works over the last 36 years. He has extensive knowledge and a deep understanding of engineering requirements and solutions to meet different needs. Peck Khoon's vast expertise in the mechanical / electrical aspects of fire safety works also qualifies him to be an SCDF Registered Inspector for M&E works. His work portfolio comprises cluster housing developments, condominiums, commercial, retail, institutional and hospitality projects. He was previously the Honorary Secretary of the Association of Consulting Engineers (ACES) Singapore.

Thomas joined Project Innovations in 2008 as Managing Director. Prior to this appointment, he was Executive Director of Lum Chang Building Contractors and Chief Operating Officer of Sum Cheong Corporation. He specialises in the management of foundation, building, waste treatment, marine and infrastructure projects. He has held senior positions in the Singapore Civil Service and managed several prestigious civil construction works involving public roads, expressways, bridges and the mass rapid transit system. Thomas has also worked on construction projects in Australia, China, Malaysia, Myanmar and Vietnam. As Executive Director for the ONG&ONG Group, he is responsible for the overall management of operations and business, in providing consultancy services for Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape, Project Management and M&E Engineering in Singapore and regionally.

Virakun Punyaratabandhu is Studio Director for Bangkok, Thailand, where he was born and raised. After graduating from UNSW, Virakun worked at global firms in Australia, Singapore and Thailand for over 26 years, taking on various roles including architect, construction manager, and contractor. These priceless opportunities afforded him extensive experience, knowledge and a strong network. Virakun is an optimist and realist, and also a visionary. He enjoys creative problem solving. His interests are the arts, cooking and cycling. He loves spending time with his young daughter who is proving to be a budding artist.
