Dr. Anita Luu

Dr. Luu is a Bay Area native who graduated from UC Berkeley in 2007 and later obtained her doctorate in veterinary medicine from Michigan Statue University in 2014. After graduation, she returned to California to practice general medicine in a small rural town north of Yosemite before moving back home to the Bay Area in 2016. Dr. Luu's special interests include preventative care, dentistry, nutrition and geriatric palliative care. She enjoys client education and tailoring her treatment plans to each individual's needs. When Dr. Lu is not working, she is rock climbing with her dog, Kipper. Some of her favorite places include the eastern Sierras and Yosemite Valley. She also enjoys cooking, painting, and the company of her cat, Hamachi.

Dr. Demi Tanner

Dr. Demi Tanner has been practicing veterinary medicine at Parkway Veterinary Hospital since 1998. Dr. Tanner did her undergraduate work in Animal Science at the University of California, Davis, and received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the University of California, Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 1987. Dr. Tanner's professional interests include pocket pets (rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, and mice), dogs, and cats. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the American Animal Hospital Association. When she's not working, Dr. Tanner enjoys spending time with her family. Her hobbies include photography, paper crafts, good books, cooking, and gardening. The Tanner family currently has a calico cat named Chessie (for the "Chessie Cat" of the Chesapeake Ohio railroad line) and a Sheltie named Shay.

Dr. Laura Chan

Dr. Laura Chan has been practicing small animal medicine in the bay area since 2009 and happy to be a part of the growing family at Parkway Veterinary Hospital. After receiving her undergraduate degree in Integrative Biology at the University of California at Berkeley, Dr. Chan went on to graduate with a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the Western University of Health Sciences in Southern California. She has a special interest in dentistry as well as preventative care medicine. When not in the office, Dr. Chan can be found travelling, surfing, climbing or relaxing at home with her two dogs, Mini and Kaiju.
