As a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (BCGP) who has had the privilege of serving the hospice world since graduating from Idaho State University College of Pharmacy in 2004, Dr. Reyna's experience and practical knowledge provide insight to the hospice world whether through medication therapy reviews or hospice speaking engagements. Her analytical nature combined with her fervor for improvement in comfort care make her an asset to any hospice-related medical setting she finds herself in. In her free time, this Idaho native may be found doing HIIT workouts, walking the Greenbelt with her husband, planning her family's next trip to the mountains, or whipping up a veggie-filled meal (much to the chagrin of her three children).

A graduate of Idaho State University College of Business, Jaren is a visionary leader who strives to develop simple methods of streamlining the complexities of the hospice pharmaceutical world. His expertise in project management and program implementation improve efficiencies for both Origins and its clients. Passionate about hospice and its positive impact on patients, caregivers, family, and friends, Jaren seeks opportunities to promote and further the hospice mission. He enjoys HIIT workouts, walking the Boise River Greenbelt, grilling, swimming, cheering on the Boise State Broncos football team, and cracking "dad" jokes.
