Alex Allgood is a Managing Director of The Peakstone Group, where he is responsible for transaction origination and execution. Alex has over 23 years of experience across a range of investment banking and principal investment roles over 10 years of experience in working with middle market and lower middle market owner/entrepreneur-owned and family-owned businesses where he has developed a keen understanding of the opportunities and challenges associated with these businesses. Over the course of his career, Alex has closed over $40 billion of M&A and restructuring transactions. Alex is also the founder of VeriQuest Capital Management, LP, an investment firm that invests private equity and private debt in lower middle market businesses and actively works with management to create value for all stakeholders through a range of strategic initiatives. This principal experience is highly differentiated and allows Alex to deliver buyers' perspectives in order to add value to sell-side and buy-side investment banking clients.
Alex Fridman is a Managing Partner of The Peakstone Group. Alex has completed over 100 investment banking and principal transactions totaling billions of dollars across a variety of industries. Prior to co-founding Peakstone, Alex worked at Lehman Brothers as a Senior Vice President in Lehman's private equity investment banking group. In this role, Alex was instrumental in building Lehman's Midwest private equity coverage practice and worked intimately with some of the leading private equity firms in North America, providing a variety of investment banking services. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Alex was an investment banker at Banc of America Securities.
Andy Savarie is a Managing Director at The Peakstone Group and has over 30 years of investment banking and entrepreneurial business experience. Andy has advised clients of all sizes on well over 100 M&A and financing transactions totaling over $125 billion in market value across a variety of industries including general industrial, automotive, technology, healthcare, financial services and telecommunications. Andy has assisted clients with a wide range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, recapitalizations, initial public offerings, common stock and convertible equity issuance, and high yield and investment grade debt financings.
Barry Dunn is a Managing Director of The Peakstone Group, having previously served the firm as a Senior Advisor. He has extensive principal investment and capital markets experience, notably as a Managing Director of GTCR, LLC where he launched the firm's Capital Markets function, pioneering the role of dedicated Capital Markets Partner in the private equity industry.
Brad Lehl - Managing Director
Brad is a Managing Director at Peakstone where he is responsible for transaction origination and execution. Brad has over 20 years experience in investment banking and the financial services industry, including both the buy-side and sell-side. He worked in commercial and investment banking at US Bancorp, JP Morgan Chase, and BMO Harris. Brad also spent several years conducting institutional equity research at various investment banking firms, including Jefferies and RBC Capital Markets.
Cathy Jaros is a Managing Director of The Peakstone Group, where she is responsible for transaction origination and execution, with primary emphasis across all phases of the food value chain and consumer facing industries. Cathy has extensive experience in merger and acquisition and strategic corporate development. Her clients include food and package goods, healthy ingredients, technology, and manufacturing companies. She led engagements for Fortune 500 and smaller companies, both public and private. She has extensive international cross-border experience. Ms. Jaros works with family owned companies to explore transition and value maximization to shareholder groups.
Christian Colucci is a Managing Director at The Peakstone Group with over 15 years of investment banking experience. Christian has completed over 50 M&A and capital raising advisory assignments for middle market and large capitalization clients mostly in the industrial and consumer sectors. Christian has primarily focused on the middle market throughout his career and has completed transactions up to $4 billion in enterprise value.
Connor Ryan is an Analyst at The Peakstone Group, where he is responsible for deal execution and origination. Since joining Peakstone, Connor has advised a number of family and entrepreneur-owned businesses across a wide range of industries.
Craig Solomon is a Senior Advisor at The Peakstone Group. He brings over 25 years experience from both the public and private sectors. Craig was also a Vice-President of a boutique consulting firm specializing in the education space where his clients ranged from small to Fortune 500 sized companies. Dan Sholem is a Managing Director at Peakstone Group where he is responsible for transaction origination and execution. Dave Anderson is the Chief Financial Officer at The Peakstone Group. Dave is also a Partner at PAG Capital and the Chief Financial Officer of The ProAction Group, an operational consulting firm which he co-founded in 1995. Dave has over 20 years of experience helping middle market companies improve operations. Prior to forming The ProAction Group, Dave spent eight years in operational consulting at Arthur Andersen and a boutique firm. Dave also served as the general manager for a client, responsible for strategy, sales, marketing, finance, and operations of a group purchasing organization.
David R. Brown is a Managing Director at Peakstone with a focus on real estate. David is also founder and president of Harrington Brown LLC, a commercial real estate firm that advises clients nationwide on asset management, property management, leasing and brokerage. Over his 37-year professional real estate career, David has been in a leadership position with some of the top real estate companies in the world including Jones Lang Wootton, Jones Lang LaSalle, Lehman Brothers and ORIX Real Estate Capital.

Eric Zampol is a Managing Director at The Peakstone Group where he is responsible for transaction origination and execution. Eric has over 17 years of banking experience having specialized in providing advisory and financing services to clients in the infrastructure space with a focus on marine ports, airports, water & wastewater systems and rail assets. Through over six years with Goldman Sachs, seven years with BMO Capital Markets, two years with a boutique investment bank, and now with the Peakstone Group, he has advised on over $10 billion of successful M&A, Project Finance and Public-Private Partnership transactions. Additionally, he has participated as book-running senior manager and lead placement or syndication agent on over $20 billion of debt underwritings, debt syndications and derivatives transactions. His experience includes both domestic and international assignments.

Martin W Johnson is a Managing Director at Peakstone Group where he is responsible for transaction origination and execution.
Martin is a leader in Central Louisiana. A long-time member of the banking community, Martin served in every position from teller to President. As Regions Bank President of Central Louisiana, he was responsible for not only the consumer and commercial divisions of the bank, but he was also the market leader for Regions Mortgage, Regions Insurance, and Morgan Keegan Investment Banking, a subsidiary of Regions Bank.
Martin has served as Chairman of the Greater Alexandria Economic Development Authority, the England Authority dba Alexandria International Airport, the Central Louisiana Community Foundation, the Central Louisiana Business League, and the Central Louisiana Chamber of Commerce. Nick Clementi is a Managing Director at The Peakstone Group, where he is responsible for transaction origination and execution with an emphasis on Consumer Packaged Goods.
