Outback Vehicle Recovery was born in Alice Springs in the early 1980s to fulfil a need to provide motorists in Central Australia with a reliable towing service. It quickly became obvious that a vehicle recovery division was needed to assist travellers requirements. Break-downs were common, the road was unsealed between Pimba and the SA/NT border... For more than 35 years, Outback Vehicle Recovery has provided heavy haulage for machinery, containers and vehicles for private and commercial clients. We have a wide transport service area, with weekly visits from Darwin to Port Augusta in South Australia. Based in Alice Springs we also serve remote areas across the Northern Territory.
