The Pollution Control Financing Authority of Warren County (PCFAWC) was created by the Warren County Board of County Commissioners in the early 1980's to assume the responsibility of solid waste management within Warren County... The PCFAWC owns and operates the District Landfill and is responsible for implementing the County's Solid Waste Management Plan. In addition to solid waste management, the recycling center located at the landfill's convenience center is essential to ensure responsible solid waste management within Warren County.
