Dr. Desai is board certified in emergency medicine and board eligible in family medicine. His primary clinical interests are urgent care and emergency medicine. He received his DO from Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and did a combined emergency medicine and family medicine residency at St. James Hospital in Olympia Fields, Illinois, where he was chief resident. Dr. Desai is a member of the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin.
Adam Kenney, MD, specializes in pain medicine. His clinical interests include musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, back and neck pain, joint pain, failed back surgery syndrome, complex regional pain syndrome, spinal stenosis, sciatica, and palliative medicine. Dr. Kenney received his MD from George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, in Washington, DC. He did an emergency medicine residency, and was chief resident, at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, in Newark, and a pain medicine fellowship at Loma Linda University Health, in Loma Linda, CA. He is a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and the North American Neuromodulation Society.

Dr. Diaz specializes in internal medicine. His primary clinical interests are adult health, geriatric care, men's health, chronic conditions, health screenings and immunizations, prevention, and travel medicine. Dr. Diaz received his MD from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, in Santiago, Dominican Republic. He did an internal medicine residency at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center (now St. Joseph's University Medical Center, a member of St. Joseph's Health) in Paterson. In addition to English, he is fluent in Spanish.
Dr. Ajay Gupta, part of HVA Medical Group, is board certified in cardiology, nuclear cardiology, and internal medicine. He is an attending cardiologist at St. Joseph University Medical Center, St. Joseph Wayne Hospital, St. Mary's General Hospital, Hackensack UMC Mountainside Hospital, and Englewood Hospital. Dr. Gupta earned his MD at University College of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India. He completed his internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at Seton Hall University/St. Joseph University Medical Center, New Jersey, and has been named one of New Jersey's Top Doctors by New Jersey Monthly Magazine every year since 2011.
Dr. Gupta specializes in coronary intervention, cardiovascular disease, and peripheral vascular diagnostic procedures. His practice focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cardiovascular disease, including angina and heart attack; high blood pressure; high cholesterol; and diabetes. He conducts noninvasive cardiology testing, including treadmill stress tests, nuclear stress tests, and echocardiograms. He also performs interventional and invasive cardiology testing, including cardiac catheterization, coronary balloon angioplasty, as well as diagnosis and treatment for valvular heart disease such as leaky valves and aortic stenosis. He provides invasive testing for peripheral vascular diseases, including peripheral angiograms to diagnose leg pains and claudication.
With convenient office hours throughout the week, Dr. Gupta has two office locations in Wayne and Clifton NJ. His compassion, confidence, and competence have helped him build lasting relationships with patients and their families as he provides high quality, patient-centered care.
Dr. Jetley is board certified in emergency medicine. His primary clinical interests are urgent care and emergency medicine. Dr. Jetley received his MD from the Northeast Ohio Universities College of Medicine and did an emergency medicine residency at the University of Toledo Medical Center, in Toledo, Ohio.
Dr. Greenlee is board certified in podiatric medicine and board eligible in forefoot surgery and in reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery. Her clinical interests include adult and pediatric deformity correction, arthroscopic foot and ankle surgery, diabetic foot care, lower limb extremity trauma, limb salvage, sports medicine, and wound care. Dr. Greenlee received her DPM from Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery, in Iowa. She did a podiatric medicine and surgery, and rearfoot reconstruction, residency at Atlantic Health System-Morristown Medical Center, in Morristown, NJ, where she was chief resident for research. She is an associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. In addition to English, Dr. Greenlee is conversational in Spanish.

Dr. Srinivasan in an internist with the Park Medical Group. His clinical focus involves providing outpatient primary care as well as personalized inpatient medical care. He completed his residency at UMDNJ-Rutgers in 2001 where he served as chief resident during his final training year. For 15 years, Dr. Srinivasan worked at this training institution, where he provided daily inpatient medical care for our nation's veterans at the VA New Jersey Health Care System. As an assistant professor of medicine, he conducted daily bedside teaching rounds for residents and medical students, along with giving daily lectures. He was the internal medicine residency training program's associate program director during those years.
Dr. Srinivasan joined the Park Medical Group in 2015. His goals are to serve the community where he grew up and to continue the tradition established by his mother and father, who both worked as physicians at Englewood Hospital for many years.

Dr. Gonzalez is family medicine physician. His primary clinical interests are adult health, geriatric medicine, chronic condition management, preventive medicine, and nursing home and home-care patient management. Dr. Gonzalez received his MD from Universidad Central del Este Facultad de Medicina, in the Dominican Republic. He did a family medicine residency, and was chief resident, at St. Mary's Hospital (now Hoboken University Medical Center, an affiliate of New York Medical College), in Hoboken, where he also did an additional postgraduate year of training in obstetrics and gynecology. In addition to English, Dr. Gonzalez is fluent in Spanish.
Dr. Upadhyaya is board certified in medical oncology. His clinical interests include hematology, oncology, hospice and palliative care, and infusion therapy, including chemotherapy. He received his MBBS from the Maharaja Sayajirao University Medical College Baroda, in Vadodara, India. He did his internal medicine residency at Weiss Memorial Hospital, in Chicago, and a hematology/oncology fellowship at the University of Chicago Medical Center. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the Oncology Society of New Jersey. Dr. Upadhyaya is co-author of a textbook chapter on chemotherapy for prostate cancer and has published research on a rare form of renal cell carcinoma. In addition to English, he is fluent in Hindi and Gujarati.

Dr. Ali received her MD from Ross University School of Medicine in Portsmouth, Dominica. She did a neurology residency at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System, in Richmond, Virginia, and an epilepsy fellowship at Northwell Health's North Shore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center on Long Island, New York. In addition to English, Dr. Ali is fluent in Punjabi and Urdu.
