Michael W. Goltry

holds a chemistry degree from the College of Idaho and a law degree from Brigham Young University. After graduating law school, Michael moved to Washington, D.C, where he was a judicial law clerk for Chief Judge Frank Q. Nebeker of the United States Court of Veteran's Appeals. Michael is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office since 1995. He has prepared and prosecuted trademark applications, and patent applications relating to a wide variety of technological fields including the farming, communications, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, computer, computer software, and semiconductor fields. Michael is the managing partner of our firm, an active member of the state bar of Arizona, is an affiliate member of the state bar of Idaho, and is an a avid fly-fisherman.

Robert A. Parsons

holds bio-technical and law degrees from Arizona State University, and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Since 1987, in both the private and corporate sectors, he has prepared and prosecuted trademark and patent applications relating to a wide variety of technical fields including the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, bio-technical, computer, computer software, firearm, and semiconductor fields. Robert is an active member of the state bar of Arizona, the senior partner of our firm, and an avid fly-fisherman.
