Client acknowledges and understands that, although Advocate or one or more of Advocate's employees may be licensed to practice medicine, Advocate is not providing medical services or advice to Client and that nothing stated during the course of any consultation or other communication between Client, Advocate and/or any employee of Advocate should be construed as providing medical services or advice of any kind or nature whatsoever.
