Her properties are located in North Oakland. She also serves as a Reservist in the US Air Force and has been on assignments in Italy, Germany, Kuwait, and Iraq.

works with property owners to develop sound strategies for maximizing their income through improving marketing tactics. Since marketing includes pricing, advertising, location, design, and tenant selection, she is involved in every step of the process. Her background includes an MBA from Cornell University and +15 years of executive employment in business strategy including risk analysis, real estate strategy, retail management, advertising, and financial analysis. She currently teaches college level coursework in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Retail Management, and Advertising while managing her real estate business. She holds a California Real Estate License and is a member of the California Apartment Association (CAA). Since she grew up painting, gardening, and 'helping out' her parents' rental business in Southern California, she believes every landlord should be ready to roll up their sleeves.
