John Cascone

Mr. Cascone has over 25 years of experience in bridge inspection, design, review, project management and construction supervision of various civil engineering projects for state, county, municipal and private clients. Mr. Cascone's experience includes the biennial inspection of hundreds of bridges in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut as a qualified team leader. As a design engineer, he has performed the structural design of prestressed concrete and steel stringer bridges, reinforced concrete culverts, rigid frames, retaining walls, overhead sign support structures and steel trusses, and the hydraulic design of commercial drainage systems and detention basins. He also has extensive experience in construction support services as resident engineer, chief inspector and office engineer on a multitude of structural projects including the $100M construction of New Jersey's first precast concrete segmental box girder bridge, the $90M deck replacement and superstructure repairs for the Tappan Zee Bridge and the $5.2M construction of an integral girder/abutment bridge spanning over the New York State Thruway.

Peter Kim - President

Mr. Kim has over 20 years of experience in structural engineering and project management with an expertise primarily in the design of bridges, parking structures, buildings and temporary platforms for major bridge rehabilitation/painting projects. He has also had experience working on biennial bridge inspection projects. Mr. Kim has performed on numerous projects involving inspections, analyses, design and the production of contract drawings and technical specifications from concept to completion in virtually all aspects of structural engineering. He also has expertise in seismic design and evaluation of both new and existing structures. In addition to his structural design expertise, he has experience in project administration, including meeting with clients and members of the design team, overseeing other engineers and drafters, controlling budgets and setting schedules, writing specifications and providing value engineering. He is also skilled in performing condition surveys and evaluations and developing feasibility studies.

Suzanna Hugyecz

Ms. Hugyecz has over 20 years of experience in structural engineering and project management with expertise primarily in bridge inspections and design of rail/transit facilities for public agencies, primary clients, private developers and contractors. Ms. Hugyecz has performed numerous biennial bridge inspections as a qualified team leader, predominantly on major suspension bridges within the New York City region. Her resume includes crossings such as the George Washington Bridge, Brooklyn Bridge, Outerbridge Crossing, Goethals Bridge and Bayonne Bridge. She has also had extensive experience in design and inspection of subway and rail transit stations and facilities. Typical projects included ADA compliance feasibility studies, structural design for the rehabilitation or reconstruction of existing subway and commuter rail stations, new facility buildings and structural liaison for private developers and contractors seeking approvals from public agency design division or outside projects group.
