Aimee joined Plan Direct Resources in 2018 and is responsible for administration, accounting and customer service. Please call Aimee with any questions about your claim, the status of your account and any other administrative matter. Away from work, Aimee enjoys camping, road trips and spending time with family and friends.
Helen has been with Plan Direct Resources for over 10 years and is responsible for the adjudication and administration of our claims process. She is Plan Direct's voice in dealing with our clients' service providers and happy to talk to you about the status of your claim and benefits program. When not at work, Helen can be found hiking, biking, travelling and spoiling her grandchildren.

John has been in the financial services industry since 1977. He graduated the University of British Columbia with a Bachelors of Commerce degree and worked with a major Canadian insurance company as an Agency Manager until 1997. He specializes in employee benefits and working closely with small businesses and their families. He earned his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 1985 and has also taught the Life Underwriters Association (LUATC) and CLU courses (specifically financial management) to other financial advisors. In the past, John has volunteered acting as official agent and fundraising chair for his local Member of Parliament (MP) for 2 elections. In his spare time, John can be seen playing golf, travelling, cycling, playing with his grandkids or spending time with his wife of 39 years, Saundra.

Norm entered the Life Insurance business in 1980 in Edmonton, Alberta specializing as an agent within the estate services division and as a group benefits agent. After 4 years as an agent with a major Canadian insurance company Norm became a regional manager in Saskatchewan. As a Manager Norm both took and moderated general and industry related courses in Certified Financial Planning, Chartered Life Underwriting and moderated the Agency Managers Training course. He is past president of the Life Manager Association of Canada, Saskatoon Chapter.
In 1999, Norm moved with his family to BC where he spent 5 years as a group benefits specialist with a large international commercial brokerage and consulting firm. From there, Norm worked to establish the Plan Direct Resources group benefits with his business partner John Atchison. He enjoys the collaborative and fresh approach the two of them bring to a changing benefits environment. Norm services a medium to large clientele and enjoys working with his son Patrick who is following him in the group benefits specialty.
Norm and his wife Frances reside in Chilliwack, BC. They enjoy volunteering and in their spare time can be found golfing, hiking the nearby mountains, or traveling.
