In 2017, we became an IRIS Consultant Agency (ICA). As IRIS Consultants - assisting people and families who choose to manage their services through the IRIS program - we emphasize dedication to consumer choice using our deep knowledge of the programs and systems consumers must navigate... PCS strives to offer effective and efficient support to adults with disabilities to achieve a self directed life in community settings. We believe the person with a disability is at the center of identifying, implementing and managing self directed services. Person Centered Plans are the vehicle to fully realize self-directed supports... PCS works cooperatively with the entire Dane County network of residential and vocational providers as well as state and local advocacy groups. We work hard for the participants we support as well as being an involved provider who works to improve the system as a whole.
