Aisha Greene is the Director of Attorney Development and Training at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. In her role, she oversees the Firm's Attorney Development, Training, Diversity, and Pro Bono/Corporate Social Responsibility Departments. Aisha works with the firm's management to develop and oversee firm professional development programming, including the formal assignment systems, partner and associate mentoring programs, upward and downward attorney performance evaluations, diversity programs, pro bono and corporate social responsibility initiatives, and all formal training and Continuing Legal Education programs. Aisha also serves on the Board of Directors for the Rohan Levy Foundation, a non-profit organization that seeks to eradicate gun violence in Brooklyn, New York. Aisha holds a B.A., magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from New York University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Aisha lives in Brooklyn, New York with her husband and two daughters.

Allison Regan

Allison has over 15 year of experience in law firm and law school professional development. She is currently serving as the Director of Professional Development at Bracewell LLP where she focuses on designing and implementing professional development curriculum, facilitating mentoring programs and overseeing the firm's career development initiatives. She works with practice group leaders, the associate evaluation committee and firm leadership to ensure attorneys have the training and resources they need to excel in their work. A member of the BWell Taskforce, Allison also helps to execute the strategic goals of the firm's well-being initiative. Prior to joining Bracewell, Allison served as the Assistant Dean of Alumni Relations and the Assistant Dean of Career Development at the University of Houston Law Center. In these roles, she played a pivotal part in nurturing the careers of budding lawyers and fostering a strong sense of community among alumni. Before leaving the practice of law, Allison practiced in Insurance and Reinsurance at a New Orleans law firm. She is a graduate of Loyola University Law School and holds a bachelor's degree from Clemson University.

Deepa Selvam is the Director of Professional Development for Morgan Lewis. In this capacity, Deepa develops and implements professional development training for non-partner attorneys throughout the firm and across practice groups. In addition to the development and implementation of the professional development curriculum, she works with practice group leadership to design and implement practice-specific substantive training, and participates in other talent retention initiatives. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Deepa practiced health care law as an associate at another Washington, DC firm.

Erin Walczewski

Erin Walczewski serves as pro bono counsel for Cooley LLP, helping attorneys firmwide develop the skills they need to serve pro bono clients effectively. Her focus is nonprofits and low-income entrepreneurs. Erin earned her JD from Harvard Law School and graduated valedictorian from Truman State University in Missouri. She is a Lecturer on Law on the faculty of Harvard Law School and served as the director of the Kirkland Pre-Law Program at Harvard College from 2008 - 2018. Erin is based in Boston and Cincinnati, and became Chair of the PDC in 2021. A frequent speaker and presenter, Erin has taught workshops and seminars at Harvard, MIT, NYU, Tufts, NALP, and professional conferences across the country.

Joshua Troy is the Director of Talent Management at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, where he engages with attorneys and staff to ensure their professional and personal success. Josh is responsible for managing and supporting the firm's talent needs. This includes responsibility for helping build a high-performance culture through focused training and development, retention of talented and diverse attorneys and professional staff, and integration of the firm's overall strategic goals and objectives. In addition, Josh is responsible for the assessment of organizational needs and the design and evaluation of programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of the firm's attorneys and professional staff. This includes the development and management of firm leadership programs, attorney and business development programs, mentoring programs, staff development programs, IT projects, and other talent initiatives. He also is a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Law School Mentor. Prior to joining the firm, Josh was both a practicing litigator and Director of Attorney Professional Development in the New York City office of an Am Law 100 firm, where he engaged with attorneys across all seniority levels, practice areas, and offices to ensure their professional and personal success. Josh was also co-founder of the firm's parents' affinity group, advisor to the firm's women's affinity group, and member of the firm's well-being committee.

Marcie Davis is the Assistant Dean of the Office of Career Services at SMU Dedman School of Law where she oversees all aspects of the office. She serves as the principal contact for large firm employers, develops and implements policies and procedures, authors career education resources and programs, advises and counsels students on career planning and job search strategies, and conducts employer outreach. Marcie has 24 years of legal industry experience both as a practicing attorney and an Administrative Partner at Thompson & Knight, LLP. She was an associate and then partner at the firm before taking on an administrative position, becoming the Practice Manager for the firm's Employment & Labor, Environmental, and Trial practice groups where she created and developed associate training programs, oversaw work allocation, and led associate performance management. Marcie served the last nine years as the firm's Chief Development Officer in charge of attorney professional development and associate talent management across the firm's nine offices. She has demonstrated success both on the training and development side and on the human services side, including hiring, on-boarding, integration, performance management, coaching, career counseling, leadership development, retention, and wellness. Marcie graduated cum laude from SMU Dedman School of Law in 1996. She is a certified Mental Health First responder and a certified professional Co-Active life coach. Marcie is a member of the ABA, Dallas Bar Association, Professional Development Consortium, and NALP. She is a passionate people person and has an abiding commitment to helping young lawyers succeed. Dean Davis has been married to Dean Davis for 26 years and has two boys, ages 14 and 18.
