PeterLabs Holdings Berhad was incorporated in Malaysia on 28 July 2010 as a private limited company under the name of PeterLabs Holdings Sdn Bhd. The Company subsequently converted into a public limited company and assumed our present name on 29 October 2010 to facilitate our listing on the ACE Market and the Company was successfully listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 26 July 2011. Our Group's subsidiary namely PeterLabs Sdn. Bhd. and Osmosis Nutrition Sdn. Bhd. were incorporated in Malaysia on 4 October 2002.Our Group is one of the leading specialists in manufacturing, distribution, export and trading of animal health and nutrition products... Our Group products include biosecurity and disinfectant, compound feed supplement, feed additives, nutritional premix, pharmaceutical and water soluble supplement.
