Job Titles:
- Chief Administrative Officer
Brad joined PMI in 2021 after 21 years in Healthcare Administration. His experience involved managing numerous departments and campuses before serving as Director of Operations for six outpatient imaging facilities across Southeast Tennessee. Most notably, he handled large capital projects involving the installation of major medical imaging equipment as well as several building expansions and renovations. Serving as Chief Administrative Officer at PMI, Brad uses his operational and customer service experience to lead the administrative team through all facets of document control and project management.
Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety, a Minor in Fire and Safety Engineering Technology, and a Master's degree in Safety, Security, and Emergency Management, all from Eastern Kentucky University. She joined PMI in 2020, bringing her knowledge of safety standards and regulations, safety supervision experience, and a partnership mindset to the team. Chelsea oversees safety within all divisions of the company, as well as subcontractors.

Chris joined PMI in 2002 after a diverse history that ranged from finish carpentering to logging to finish welding for a yacht manufacturer. He joined PMI in the field as a welder and has moved through the ranks from foreman to Project Manager and now into his current position. Chris also serves as the Quality Control Manager for all of PMI's ASME and National Board certifications (R, PP, and U stamps).

Clayton began his career at PMI in 2010 working through the summers during high school, which continued through college. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Eastern Kentucky University, he became a full time estimator and project manager. He also has worked as a Division 1 construction consultant, specializing in scheduling for numerous clients holding contracts with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, US Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Land Management, Department of Veterans Affairs, and numerous other state and local agencies. He currently manages project scheduling and estimating for large projects across the nation for PMI.

- Operations Manager - Structural Division
In 2013, Jeff joined PMI to head the structural fabrication and erection services division of PMI. Jeff began his career as an iron worker with aspirations of growing into management. In 2004, he became a structural estimator/project manager and performed those duties for a decade across Kentucky. During Jeff's tenure over the structural steel division, Precision Metals has seen significant growth and now performs work throughout the United States.
Jerry joined PMI in 2012 as part of a collaborative effort with surrounding Universities experimenting with various 3D modeling and detailing software's. Jerry was an instant fit within the organization and his energetic style, coupled with his ability to understand our complex fabrication processes advanced him through the ranks rather rapidly to his current position as Engineering Manager. Jerry oversees all aspects of our custom fabrication facility as well as the design efforts for mechanical and fabricated systems, and follows these projects through customer implementation.

John joined PMI in 2013 as Chief Financial Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Master's degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Kentucky. John brings 14 years of Construction accounting experience with expertise in federal government contracting, industrial contracting and small business development.

Wes's career began in the coal fields of eastern Kentucky in maintenance, welding and fabricating. After graduating from Eastern Kentucky University's Construction Management program, Wes performed surveying on heavy highway projects throughout the southeast region before accepting a position as a project manager in the water and wastewater construction industry. After several years in that industry, Wes joined PMI in 2010 to assist with business development and long-term growth.
