Dr. Patti F. Bornaman

Job Titles:
  • Licensed Professional Counselor
Patti is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). She is also a LPC Supervisor for Provisional LPC's pursuing their state licensure. Patti specializes in marriage and family issues, women's issues, anxiety, depression, pre-marital counseling, parenting, divorce, crisis response, life changes, grief, and trauma recovery. She also provides patients of local physicians with evaluation and counseling for bariatric procedures. After being raised in the Shreveport area, Patti has been with Personal Solutions almost twenty years. She has been an integral part of helping build the organization to where it is today. Patti holds a Ph.D in Psychology and Counseling, a M.A. degree in Counseling and Guidance, a B.S. degree in Psychology, and a A.A. in General Studies. Patti is also certified in Critical Incident Stress Management. She has served as an adjunct instructor with LSU-S and Bossier Parish Community College.

Dr. Robert Clanton

Bob is a Licensed Counseling Psychologist (LCP) who specializes in the psychological assessment of children, adolescents and adults. He also counsels with clients who have experienced traumatic events.

Dr. Thomas S. Davison

Thomas is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with children, youth, individuals and families within issues including anxiety, depression, parenting, marriage, divorce, crisis and grief. After being raised in New Mexico, Thomas and his family have been in the Shreveport area since 2013. In New Mexico, he was the president of Christian Family Services, working with clients from childhood through adulthood on a variety of issues. Thomas also has more than a decade of experience working with children and families within the New Mexico foster care system. Thomas holds a Psy.D and M.A. in Clinical Psychology. In addition to counseling, Thomas has presented on topics such as emotional well-being, parenting skills, marriage enrichment, and pre-marital counseling. He also enjoys providing training on school aged related topics such as bullying, dealing with high functioning autism, and teen suicide.

Hailey Slack

Hailey is a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with children, youth, and individuals who may be dealing with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict and parenting. One of Hailey's primary passions is the use of play therapy for children ages 2-12. After being raised in a military family and living back and forth in this area, Hailey now calls Shreveport / Bossier City her home. She resided in Lafayette for six years while attending college. After dealing with some issues in her own life, Hailey felt called by the Lord to serve others and assist them through their struggles. Hailey holds a M.S. in Counseling Education with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She learned play therapy while training with Dr. Kerri Prejean in Lafayette.
