Mr. Sweenor is responsible for the implementation of overall underwriting standards and account management for all PERMA members. He directly oversees policy quotes, renewals and a team of Underwriters & Account Managers who provide assistance to members and brokers throughout the PERMA program.

Christian is responsible for the development of risk management services for PERMA members. He oversees risk management specialists, support staff and contracted vendors. The department works in analyzing member data to create and deliver education and training programs targeting areas of high risk.

Christine has worked with PERMA for over 20 years involved in day-to-day claims operations. In her current role as Director of Claims Operations, she is responsible for overseeing all facets of claims operations.

Jackie is responsible for the HR strategies for all PERMA employees including leading and managing talent acquisition, supporting employee engagement, ensuring compliance with employment state and federal law, as well as, managing the compensation and benefit programs.

Mary Beth Woods was appointed to PERMA with over 20 years extensive experience within the New York State Government having worked at the New York State Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) and serving as the Board's Executive Director for five years.
Ms. Woods' institutional knowledge of New York State's regulatory environment, understanding of workers' compensation and executive leadership experience aligns with PERMA's mission and is a distinct asset to the organization, as well as the membership.
Mary Beth is responsible for the daily operations of PERMA, overseeing all departments and the overall administration of the Association.
Nick acts as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all PERMA financial activities. He is a key liaison to the Chair of the Board of Directors and Executive Director in planning and policy matters including management of PERMA's investment portfolio. He develops the budget with departments while managing and overseeing cost-effective facility operations.

Rich serves as PERMA's Deputy Executive Director- Operations. In his role, he supports the day-to-day operations of PERMA. Mr. Hayes has been working in the workers' compensation field for over 20 years, joining the PERMA team in 2011. He earned his WCP (Workers' Compensation Professional) designation in March 2013, as well as, holding an Associates in Risk Management (ARM) and Associates in Insurance Data Analytics (AIDA). Rich graduated from the University of Buffalo with a B.S. in Management/Human Resources.

Sam oversees the management, strategy and execution of our IT infrastructure at PERMA. This includes the monitoring of remote environments, cybersecurity, and implementation of technical projects aligning with organizational goals.
