PHL, Inc's goal is simple: repair, replace, purchase, improve, and build athletic facilities and equipment for public school districts in the St. Louis metropolitan area. Projects will be undertaken based on the need of the community and school district. Each project will include an on-going maintenance program - initially managed and operated by PHL, Inc for as long as five years - but eventually turned over to the controlling school district when the district is able to undertake the responsibility. PHL, Inc. envisions the creation of long-term endowments - manged by PHL, Inc. - to aid districts with on-going maintenance, repair and replacement needs...
