The Pilates Practice by PhysioCentral was opened in May 2017 with the goal of creating a spacious rehabilitative space for our clients in the heart of Central. We have over 1200sqft of Pilates and exercise space. This gives our therapists space and equipment to provide our clients with specific exercise and conditioning programs for any stage of rehabilitation. Additionally, we offer Pilates classes to continue to get you stronger and healthier. Shower facilities and lockers are available at The Pilates Practice... PhysioCentral was founded in 2003 and has a multidisciplinary approach to physiotherapy. Our clinics have physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy, paediatric physiotherapy, Pilates, women's health physiotherapy, massage (including pre- and post-natal), and corporate wellbeing programs.
