Larger than life passion, tireless energy, love of great food, particularly the meat! This man knows his meat!! Ivan, a certified chef and butcher is totally committed to ensuring the client and their guests an absolutely unforgettable food experience! Serving the meat industry for over 30 years, Ivan found a passion for cooking and entertaining and started evolving and redefining the Pig Roasting process for the last 20 years. Not being satisfied with what was being offered in the market place; Ivan decided to bring his style of Culinary Excellence and Artful Presentation together in one unique spit roasting system that has universal appeal across all cultures that share the love of pig roasts. Ivan uses local Ontario farm raised piglets, hand butchered and dressed for ultimate tenderness and flavour. Ivan also grows much of the produce, herbs and vegetables which are used in his dishes. Ivan is dedicated to developing the most delicious recipes and flavour blends so that every banquet is memorable.

A perfectionist when it comes to the minute details, and tireless force for implementation, she is one of the top event planners in Ontario! Paula ensures that every dish is garnished to perfection, every buffet table is a work of art and every event perfectly reflects the client and their vision. Involved in the hospitality industry for over 23 years, Paula has a true passion for delivering perfection and quality. Paula's roots begin in Italy where her family name D'Uva was conceived from her grand father's vineyard where attention to detail and hard work along with celebrations were a way of life. Her love for food, wine, hospitality and entertaining encompasses what Paula is all about.
