Pinnacle Property Company was founded in 1988 as a property management firm engaged solely in the management and leasing of shopping centers. Ellis Development Company, Inc. ("Ellis"), an affiliate of Pinnacle, was founded that same year to participate in the purchase and development of commercial real estate properties. Based out of the DFW area, Pinnacle and Ellis form a vertically integrated, full-service real estate organization specializing in the ownership, management and leasing of strip shopping centers throught the southwestern region of the United States.
