PIZZEYS - Key Persons
Andrew joined Pizzeys in 2007 with over 17 years experience in the patent profession. During his time in the profession, Andrew has worked as a senior associate with a large domestic IP firm and has also spent several years in Singapore where he managed a Singaporean patent agency, prior to its merger with a Singaporean law firm. Whilst in Singapore, Andrew obtained qualifications as a Singapore patent attorney. His practice was primarily focused on the preparation and filing of patent applications in the Asia Pacific region. As such, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge on the region and the relevant patent laws to the Pizzeys team.
Interests
When not at work or with his family, Peer can be found puffing up the hills of Brisbane on his bike, usually at a ridiculously early time.
Interests
His outside interests include old man's (masters) football, golf, red wine, history and current affairs.
Howard qualified as a Singapore Patent Attorney in 2011. He is also an executive committee member of the Association of Singapore Patent Agents (ASPA) which keeps him at the forefront of the patent profession. Howard was also awarded the ASPA book prize for gaining the highest marks for paper C (Infringement and Validity of a Singapore patent) in the qualifying examinations held in 2010.
Justin has particular interest in the fields of life sciences & biotechnology, chemical & healthcare and agriculture & food. He has been recommended for patent prosecution in Australia by the prestigious Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) world's top 1000 Patent Attorneys (2022 & 2023).
