Patrick J Farrell

Patrick J Farrell founded the firm in 1976. He originally hailed from County Cavan and moved to Kildare in 1960 where he worked as a partner in a local solicitor's firm until opening the doors at Patrick J. Farrell & Company LLP. He retired in 2009, having practised for fifty years, during which time he brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to the practice. He embedded in the firm an ethos of placing the clients' interests first and foremost while doing so in a courteous manner to clients, other solicitors and staff (many of whom have been with us for in excess of fifteen years). He cultivated strong relationships with clients, by treating each one individually and with respect and by getting to the root of their legal need in as efficient and expeditious a manner as possible. He was involved in many voluntary organisations locally. Niall Farrell, his son and managing partner, now continues that ethos. We have five solicitors and a support staff of seven. For the past forty years the firm has been focused on bringing exceptional legal service to the community both locally and nationally including private clients, national charities, religious congregations, GAA and other sports clubs, banks, insurance companies and many businesses.
