Adams Price - Managing Director

Adams Price is a Managing Director of PMCF and leads the firm's Rocky Mountain Region team. In addition to leading this team, he is responsible for leading transactions within the software and technology sectors. He has nearly 20 years of direct experience in M&A transactions and capital formation transactions. In addition, Adams spent more than 15 years in the industry providing strategic planning and execution for mergers and acquisitions, transaction development and execution, profit and loss management, consulting services delivery in strategic services, software selection and implementation, e-commerce, and management consulting. Prior to joining PMCF, Adams served as President of EKS&H Capital Advisors, LLC, where he successfully led buy side, sell side, and strategic advisory projects for clients across many industries, including software, business services, energy, financial services, manufacturing, clean tech, and supply chain management. Adams is a regular contributor to an executive advisory publication, providing insight into the M&A market. He frequently speaks at M&A focused events, especially in the software and technology sectors. Adams earned a BSCS in computer science and business at the University of Puget Sound and an MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. Bryan Hughes - Managing Director

Bryan Hughes is a Managing Director of PMCF and leads the firm's Healthcare team. In addition to leading this team, he also assists the firms' transactional needs within the business services & technology and consumer, food, & retail sectors. He has more than 20 years of industry experience advising clients with mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, private placements, financings, valuation, and strategic consulting. From large global companies to small, privately-held businesses, Bryan's clients include contract manufacturers, life sciences companies, diagnostics businesses, drug delivery services, laboratories, and medical device manufacturers. He has completed over 30 transactions with a combined deal value totaling more than $5 billion. Bryan began his career at PMCF as an Analyst. Over his tenure at the firm, he was promoted several times, advancing to his current role as Managing Director. Bryan has written numerous articles for healthcare and medical technology industry publications. He is a frequent speaker at business, media, and industry organization events, sharing his insight of various investment banking topics, such as M&A and macro trends within the medical manufacturing and healthcare industries. Eddie Zukowski

Eddie Zukowski is a Director at PMCF's Detroit office. Eddie started at PMCF in 2018. He has more than a decade of experience advising clients on buy side and sell side M&A transactions, recapitalizations, and transaction planning assessments. Ellen Clark - Managing Director

Ellen Clark is a Managing Director of PMCF and co-leads the firm's Industrials team. She has over 27 years of transaction advisory experience, having advised public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions, corporate carve-outs and divestitures, capital raising, financial advisory, and cross-border transactions. Her clients span across various industries, including automotive, industrial, specialty chemical, software, and business services. In total, Ellen has completed more than 100 transactions totaling more than $4.8 billion in value during her investment banking career. Ellen was previously a Managing Director and one of the founding partners of Greenwich Capital Group. Here she focused on mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and financial advisory. Prior to Greenwich Capital Group, Ellen worked at Deloitte Corporate Finance, where she led the US Automotive group, was a leader of the Global Automotive team, and was the lead Managing Director of the Detroit office. She has authored numerous automotive M&A industry publications and a frequent speaker at various industry events. Ellen currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Department of Finance at the Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University. Jayson Gitt

Jayson Gitt is a Director at PMCF's Denver office. He started in the investment banking industry in 2008 and joined PMCF in 2018. He specializes in advising businesses that serve the aerospace & defense, automotive, capital equipment, food & beverage, industrial distribution, metals & manufacturing, and transportation & logistics industries. Joe's clients include domestic and international privately-held businesses, publicly-listed companies, and private equity groups. Joe began his investment banking career as an Analyst at PMCF. Over his tenure at the firm, he was promoted several times, advancing to his current role as Managing Director, focusing on the Industrials sector. Joe has authored numerous M&A reports for a variety of sectors, with a focus on industrial distribution and food & beverage. He is a frequent speaker at events focused on distribution, industrials, and entrepreneurial growth, providing insight into the M&A market. John Hart is a Managing Director of PMCF and leads the firm's Plastics & Packaging team. He has nearly 20 years of professional experience advising clients with company sales, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recap transactions, and financings. John specializes in assisting companies that operate in the plastics and packaging industries and has led the successful completion of more than 30 transactions in these industries over the last ten years. He has also provided strategic advisory to numerous companies to assist shareholders with planning for an ultimate sale. John's clients include entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, large international companies, and private equity groups. Prior to joining PMCF, John served as President of a privately held distribution company where he provided strategic direction, operational leadership, and assistance with the ultimate sale of the company. He also worked in the Corporate Value Consulting Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. John has authored numerous plastics and packaging industry M&A reports and is a regular contributor to plastics and packaging M&A industry publications. Matt Jamison - Managing Director, President

Matt Jamison is President and Managing Director of PMCF. He has more than 30 years of professional experience advising clients on strategic and financial alternatives, sale and acquisition transactions, divestitures, and recapitalizations. His past clients include privately-owned businesses, private equity groups, and public corporations across various industries, including business services & technology, consumer, food & retail, plastics & packaging, industrials, and healthcare. Matt has significant experience originating and executing deals both domestically and internationally, and is a board member of Corporate Finance International, the global investment banking affiliate of PMCF. As President of PMCF, Matt provides strategic, operational, and financial direction to the firm. In addition, he is responsible for managing client relationships, leading transaction teams, and actively marketing the services of PMCF to potential clients. Prior to joining PMCF, Matt worked as an international consultant and CPA for Plante Moran. He transitioned to the role of Vice President at PMCF soon after it was founded. While at PMCF, Matt helped the firm evolve from a generalist practice to an industry-focused middle market investment bank. He launched the Plastics & Packaging practice and transitioned it to new leadership shortly after his promotion to Managing Director. Matt then focused his efforts on growing additional industries for the firm, and he currently co-leads the Business Services & Technology industry groups. Matt has written numerous articles and is a frequent speaker to business media and industry organizations on various investment banking topics. Over his tenure at PMCF, he was promoted several times, advancing to his current role as Director.
