Amy Hart Clyne

In her role as Pitcairn's Chief Knowledge and Learning Officer, Amy works diligently to expand the firm's position as a leader in the evolution of the family office space. Amy Hart Clyne has dedicated more than 30 years of her financial services career to helping prosperous families fulfill the promise and potential of their legacies and achieve wealth momentum, but her real superpower is relationship building. Her infectious energy and glass-half-full attitude helps people overcome obstacles that prevent them from linking up with one another. She thrives as a bridge builder between people and groups offering genuine encouragement and an optimistic outlook on life that can provide a sense of comfort and stability in the face of uncertainty. Amy is a strategic thinker with a passion for learning and sharing those lessons with others. A primary focus in her role is to build out Pitcairn's proprietary Wealth Momentum® shared family office service model which takes a deeper and longer-term view of family and financial dynamics in order to arrive at better outcomes. Amy is responsible for the firm's Family Engagement Services function, the area of the firm that is supports the development of the family's human, intellectual, social and legacy capital. She leads the firm's thought leadership and learning initiatives in order to provide unique resources, content, and educational tools to wealthy families transitioning leadership to subsequent generations. She has unique passion for rising gen family members as well as women of wealth. Before joining Pitcairn, Amy served as Executive Director and Chief Knowledge Officer at Family Office Exchange (FOX), where she led the organization's knowledge, learning, and education strategies for over 400 families and 150 multi-disciplinary advisors. As an expert in private wealth management, Amy has spent her career translating the needs and desires of ultra-wealth families and their advisors into practical insights and solutions-based experiences that educate, excite, and engage. Amy has an MBA in Marketing from Columbia Business School, Columbia University, and a BA in International Relations/Political Science from Colgate University. She has earned the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation and holds an Advanced Family Business certification (ACFBA) from the Family Firm Institute where she is also an FFI Fellow. Amy is also the Co-Chair of the Ultra High Net Worth Institute (UHNWI) Advisory Board, a think (and do) tank of C-level executives in the field dedicated to bringing excellence to the world's wealthiest families. She draws her inspiration and motivation from these families who have the enormous power to do good. Helping these families flourish is her north star. Outside the office, Amy has a number of pursuits that keep her well balanced and enjoying life. She is more than just an avid skier, having been trained and certified as a PSIA Adaptive Ski instructor. Off the slopes she gets her adrenalin rush from pedaling her Peloton where she uses the handle "badassahc". In her more reflective moments, Amy practices yoga and enjoys gardening. And regardless of the season, indoors or out, she keeps up her pursuit of lifelong learning, mentoring and coaching others, and above all, remembering to laugh.

Andrew Pace

As part of the investment team, Andrew provides support with investment research and client management initiatives. He updates Pitcairn's internal databases with investment manager content, including return streams, quarterly letters, and company generated content. Andrew also builds and maintains investment models and generates recurring reports to be used by the investment team. In addition, Andrew generates reports for client and prospective client consumption and conducts quantitative screening to assist in the identification of potential investment candidates in traditional, alternative, and impact/ESG investments. Prior to joining Pitcairn, Andrew held the position of Investment Policy Committee Analyst at Joel Isaacson & Co. in New York. In this previous role, he was responsible for maintaining monthly and quarter-end reporting for ETF and mutual fund purchasing and actively participated in Investment Policy Committee meetings and the selection of Mutual Funds and ETFs related to client accounts. Andrew also presented monthly results, investment returns, and updates each month to senior advisors and clients. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Organizations & Society (BOS) from Franklin & Marshall College. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending his weekends watching soccer, particularly Napoli, and being active. Having played in college, Andrew enjoys playing tennis. In time he hopes to pick up golf and travel internationally.

Andrew Pitcairn

A fourth-generation family member, Andrew actively serves as Chair of the Pitcairn Family Council. Established in 1982, The Pitcairn Family Council is a platform for recognizing talent, educating family members, identifying, and implementing solutions for connectedness, and interfacing directors, management, and owners. Andrew is a member of the Pitcairn Board of Directors and Chair of the Governance Committee. He is also a member of the Trust and Risk Committees, an advisor to the Capital Committee, as well as co-trustee of Pitcairn family trusts. Recognized as a published author and passionate speaker, Andrew regularly serves as an expert at family office and family business forums and conferences on topics related to family council, governance, and engaging the next generation.

As a member of the Finance Team, Claire is responsible for the accounts payable process, reconciling various accounts, and analyzing financial activity. On a day-to-day basis, she completes financial accounting tasks, monitors business activity metrics, and administers corporate cash disbursements. She also prepares analysis and statements to support audit functions and bank examinations. Claire has the pleasure of working with all departments of the company. Before joining Pitcairn, Claire was a Trust Administrator for CamaPlan Self Directed IRA. In her previous position, she assisted with the reconciliation of daily balance sheets, investigated and resolved account discrepancies, paid Federal and State taxes related to client transactions, and communicated with clients to answer questions and keep them informed. Claire graduated summa cumma laude from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Finance and a minor in Accounting. She is a Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) as designated by the American Bankers Association. Away from the office, Claire enjoys baking for friends and family and is striving to master the art of souffle-making. She is determined to defeat gravity and keep her souffles from collapsing. When she has time away from work, Claire likes to travel. Her dream vacations include Ireland where she hopes to visit her great grandmother's birthplace in Galway and New Zealand where she has cousins to show her a true Kiwi experience.

Clark Pitcairn

A fourth generation Pitcairn family member, Clark is Chairman of Pitcairn Company, the family holding company, and serves as the liaison between Pitcairn family members and the firm's executive leadership. He is responsible for ensuring that the needs and concerns of family members with an ownership stake in the company are being met. Clark serves on the Board of Pitcairn Financial Group and Pitcairn Trust Company, and serves as a trustee of many Pitcairn family trusts. He chairs the Trust committee and is also a member of Pitcairn's Executive, Governance, Investment Policy, and Compensation committees. Additionally, as founder and first President of the National Philanthropic Trust, Clark recently stepped down from the board after serving for 26 years, where he chaired the distribution committee for his entire tenure on the board. Clark is also a founder and Board member of Spiritual Alliance Incorporated. Clark has been with Pitcairn for over 30 years, serving in numerous capacities in the Wealth Management and Marketing departments. Prior to joining Pitcairn in 1990, Clark was a realtor with G. Price Wilson Realty. Before that, he was the owner and operator of Aquifer Dive Center in Jacksonville, FL. Clark earned a BS, magna cum laude, in Finance and Real Estate from Temple University.

Dain Kistner

Dain is responsible for helping to guide Pitcairn's technology strategy, supporting Pitcairn's business development efforts, and supporting the Executive Team on a broad range of projects. A fifth generation Pitcairn family member, Dain is an elected member of Pitcairn's Board of Directors, he is chair of the Capital Committee. Before assuming his current role, Dain served as Director of Family Office Strategy, coordinating the firm's strategic planning and business process improvement initiatives across all aspects of the business. Previously, he was Chief Information Officer, managing all information systems and technology-based activities at Pitcairn, including systems design, programming, network planning, database management, web delivery, and computer operations. Prior to joining Pitcairn in 1999, Dain was Vice President at Bedminster Bioconversion Corporation. He served in a marketing capacity and was responsible for maintaining relationships with technology licensees, negotiating, drafting and approving new license agreements, and managing public relations and communications needs. He has served on the Board of the US Chapter of the Family Business Network since 2020, including a stint as chair. Dain has also served on the boards of several other non-profit organizations in his hometown community of Bryn Athyn, PA. Dain has an Executive MBA from Villanova University and a BA in Economics from Colgate University. Dain is curious with an enthusiastic interest in a variety of activities, your classic jack-of-all-trades. He enjoys complex problem solving - so much so that in his free time, he can often be found at the board game table honing those skills! A nature enthusiast who enjoys hiking and scuba diving, Dain hopes to someday dive the Great Barrier Reef. He loves to cook, particularly the art and science of pairing unique ingredients and flavors to create an experience… a process not unlike what he does for Pitcairn!

As Corporate Secretary to Pitcairn entities, Denise serves as secretary to many committees reporting to the Board of Directors, most notably including the Trust Committee. Denise also maintains the entities' records and Pitcairn's policy manual. In this role, she works closely with members of the Wealth Management and Fiduciary Services teams. Denise is a member of the Legal Team with a focus on company compliance with corporate governance and federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those relating to state, corporate, and federal securities laws and the Banking Act of 1965. She monitors, and helps ensure compliance with, Pitcairn's Code of Ethics and Personal Trading Policy. Denise received her paralegal certification from Penn State University. She is a Pennsylvania Certified Paralegal and is a member and sits on the board of the Montgomery County Paralegal Association. Denise is also a Pennsylvania notary. When not at Pitcairn, Denise can usually be found in her studio indulging her passion for quilting and knitting or in her kitchen pursuing the culinary arts. She is also an avid reader whose favorite travel destinations include Scotland and Disney World with her family.

Derek Cavanaugh

As a member of the Family Office Team, Derek works closely with the Relationship Managers, Personal Financial Managers, and Client Service Administrators to assist with the development and implementation of comprehensive financial plans for high net worth individuals and families. Derek handles accounting activities for all clients served by the team, including tax preparation, insurance needs analysis, trading activities, and report preparation and delivery. He collaborates with members of the Wealth Management and Operations teams to provide comprehensive service to client families. Derek has spent his entire career at Pitcairn since joining the firm directly from the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned a BA and BS with a triple major in Economics, History, and Business Administration. He began his career as a Client Rebalancing Associate, acting as a liaison between the Investment, Wealth Management, and Middle Office Services teams. Since then, he has joined the family office team, directly serving client families, and holds the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. As a student of history, Derek enjoys reading about and traveling the world as much as possible to experience other cultures and histories. Also, a passionate Manchester United fan, he can often be found at the crack of dawn watching their games. He is responsible for accurate income and expense coding, tracking various investments, investment partnership accounting, maintaining general ledgers, processing accounts payable invoices, and preparing financial statements. Before joining Pitcairn, Hazaifa held the position of Assistant Controller with The Wireless Experience, a leading AT&T wireless and premium video solutions retailer operating in four states and headquartered in Manahawkin, NJ. Over the course of his career, Hazaifa held increasingly senior accounting roles with companies representing a variety of industries, including food distribution, direct-to-consumer e-commerce, medical technology, and enterprise car rental. Hazaifa earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York (CUNY). He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany and is currently pursuing his CPA license. Born in Quetta, Pakistan, Hazaifa moved to Brooklyn, NY at age 12. When he was a young boy, he was captain of his cricket team, but these days he's an avid football fan and enthusiastically follows the NY Jets. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Delaware Valley University in Doylestown, PA. Prior to joining Pitcairn, Stacey served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Hamilton Lane Advisors. Earlier in her career she worked at Starwood Capital Group, a private equity real estate investment firm, as an HR professional in Greenwich, CT. Stacey received her BS in Labor and Industrial Relations from Pennsylvania State University. Outside of Pitcairn, Stacey finds tranquility and bliss being outdoors. She shares her love of nature with family and together they enjoy camping, boating, nature walks, and going to the beach. An adventurer at an early age having checked off a few destinations in Asia and Europe, Stacey dreams of continuing her travels to include all seven continents.
