Our Founder and President, Rodney Blecha, graduated from Oklahoma City University with a degree in Finance and Economics. Out of college, he gained corporate experience working for commercial and residential mortgage companies which later led him into the equipment finance business. With over 25+ years of finance experience, Rodney is dedicated to helping his customers with all of their financing needs. Being from small town Kansas, he lives by the statement "treat others how you want to be treated", so you can expect exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment.
