Andrea brings over 25 years of extensive experience in Human Resources, acquired across diverse sectors both nationally and internationally.
Her areas of focus within Prodigy are broad, but some of our key priorities are employee development, employee engagement, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, employee counseling, and much, much more!
Andrea holds a Masters in Human Resources, a Bachelors in Psychology and certificates in Adult Learning and in Coaching. Her goal, and that of her team, is to ensure an engaged, motivated and productive workforce. She, and her team, look forward to working with you to achieve it!
Andrea has worked in South Africa, Canada, the US and Australia/ NZ. When not at work, Andrea enjoys travelling, and spending time with her family who are located in both the US and Canada.

As General Superintendent, Blair is a passionate individual driven by 40+ years of experience delivering exciting projects within the Ontario market. A proud OGCA Gold Seal holder, Blair delivers to high expectations through the execution of any project he touches. Blair is an expert at schedule management, trade relationships and is a proactive communicator.
He has extensive experience delivering Projects within operating facilities and excels at proactive communication to ensure all stakeholders are aware of upcoming events that may affect the operations and safety of the space.
Blair plays the bagpipes and previously competed at a high level in both solo and pipe band competitions both here in North America as well as Scotland. Blair also scuba dives and hold certificates for open water, wreck diver, advanced, rescue diver, and mixed gases.
As the Managing Partner of Prodigy Group, Brad brings over two decades of seasoned experience as a Construction Executive to the forefront.
His extensive tenure in leadership positions spanning Canada and the US offers a distinctive perspective that fuels the firms' ability to fulfill the commitments made to both our clients and team members.
Formerly serving as the Senior Vice President at a leading General Contractor in Canada, Brad infuses our organization with an operational acumen deeply ingrained in a client-centric, relationship-based approach.
Brad spent his youth playing professional volleyball across continental Europe, before coming back to Canada. He prides himself on being the father of three and is active in a number of their passions!

Ilia brings a diverse industry background; having worked on both the client and vendor side. Ilia and his team understand the needs and expectations of Fortune 500 companies within the retail / corporate environments. Ilia's team has successfully completed thousands of rollout and construction programs and projects for some of Canada's biggest companies, nationally.
Ilia spends most of his free time with his two daughters, one of them is training to be a future cyber athlete and the other one a future artist! Ilia also enjoys constant self-improvement including weight training, meditation, yoga and healthy eating.
As Director of National Programs, Ilia and his department specialize in projects with multiple locations having similar scopes. The uniqueness of program management and knowledge of the financial institution processes allow the programs team to be successful in ever changing environment.

Jeff's first exposure to the construction industry was as an apprentice carpenter working with the Panigas Group. During his apprenticeship, he sought an interest to learn more about design/construction and returned to school as an Architectural Technologist. Exiting school, Jeff found himself with the dilemma of choosing between the design or construction path. To avoid a career staring into a screen, he chose construction, not expecting that "we" would all end up staring into screens eventually.
After working a brief time in estimating for a drywall contractor, he began a career in project management with Urbacon in 2003 as a Project Coordinator during the construction of the New T1 Airport Terminal. Over the course of almost 21 years with Urbacon starting as a Project Coordinator moving up to Vice President of Special Projects, Jeff had the opportunity to work on many challenging projects including Airports, Museums, Fast-paced corporate interiors projects, Institutional Buildings, Broadcasting Facilities, and Major Building Renovation/Rehabilitations.
Jeff is a father of two boys. In good weather he can be found at the cottage boating, wake surfing, and efoiling with the kids.

As Director of Pre-Construction, John brings more than 15 years of construction management and real estate development experience. John has built strong relationships with industry partners and has worked on complex projects throughout Ontario and British Columbia. With in-depth of knowledge in the development approval process and all stages of pre-construction through to post-construction procedures, John possesses an intimate grasp of what's required to take a project from concept to completion.
John's focus outside of work is his family, spending time with his loved ones as much as he can. John will join the Korean Canadian Women's Association (KCWA) Family and Social Services starting in 2024. He is looking forward to participating in EDI centered events and programs for the Korean community.
Justin brings decades of retail and institutional construction experience and shares a passion for the built environment, with special attention to banking and independent school projects.
He supports Robert in leading Prodigy Group's operations over their four North American offices and provides strategic leadership in the markets where the firm is active.
Justin holds a B.A. in International Political Economy from the University of Alberta, with a dual certificate in Globalization Studies and Business Administration from the Yale School of Management.
Justin is an avid supporter of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club in London and enjoys travelling anywhere, with family and friends.

Lucas is a seasoned Director of Construction, bringing forth a portfolio of over 25 years of expertise across the spectrum of commercial project types. His experience spans diverse markets in Canada and the USA, where he has left an indelible mark on projects ranging from retail and corporate to multi-residential and hospitality.
Prior to his pivotal role at Prodigy beginning in 2019, Lucas honed his craft in esteemed design and architecture firms, including Andres Escobar & Associates (LemayID) and Aedifica Architecture. He held director-level positions, leading multi-disciplinary teams through the intricate phases of pre-construction and construction management. His tenure has been characterized by an unwavering commitment to client representation, ensuring that projects not only meet but exceed stakeholder expectations.
Lucas is a nature enthusiast finding balance through wildlife observation, hiking, kayaking, and fishing. He says he is energized by outdoor adventures and the serenity of the natural world.
Robert is the first of two founding partners at Prodigy Group, which was incorporated in 2007 in Toronto, Canada.
He holds his Masters in Electrical Systems and spent the majority of his formative years working in the field on various large construction sites, located throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
His expertise is in fast paced and large accelerated construction projects. His focus at Prodigy is operationally driven and working with key stakeholders internally to drive process, efficiencies, and financial oversight.
Robert enjoys spending time with his family, including three young sons and a daughter. He is also someone who appreciates the outdoors and spending time in the pool or at a BBQ!

Steve Joined Prodigy in 2023 as Director of Construction for Western Canada. Before joining Prodigy in 2023, Steven was President of Dawn Construction Ltd, a BC based general contractor completing tenant improvement projects with accelerated timelines throughout Western Canada.
Steve has 32 years of construction experience. He started as an apprentice carpenter with Dawn Construction Ltd in 1990, and later became an owner.
Community service is a big part of Steve's of work activities. He has previously served as past President of Rotary Club of Langley Central. When he is not renovating his home, he can be found walking, preparing a family meal or listening to LOUD music in the car!

Vince brings a vast knowledge of health and safety in the construction sector from his many years of experience working with Ontario's Ministry of Labour as both an Occupational Health and Safety Inspector and the Construction Provincial Coordinator.
Vince understands the Occupational Health and Safety Act along with its prescribed regulations amongst the different provinces that gives him the ability to speak to workplace parties in a tone that educates workers and their employers while ensuring that every project is completed safely and without delays.
Vince has inspected many multi-million-dollar, multi-employer projects within the City of Toronto and has good working relations with many contractors and unions which was cultivated during his role as the Construction Provincial Coordinator and his participation in the Section 21 Advisory Committee.
He is a Humber College graduate both in the Civil Engineering and Safety Engineering programs. He is an avid golfer who also enjoys spending time in the gym.

Vincent's comprehensive understanding of the construction industry stems from his diverse background. Having held roles in design, development, and construction, he offers a holistic perspective, having witnessed projects from every angle.
His portfolio boasts a varied array of completed projects, spanning Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, Residential, Mixed-Use, and Healthcare sectors, for both public and private clientele. Vincent will tell you that his favourite part of his role at Prodigy is that no two days are alike in his dynamic environment. He relishes the opportunity to engage with a myriad of talented individuals and finds genuine fulfillment in the diverse spectrum of their perspectives.
When he is not travelling, Vincent enjoys road cycling, with his local charity club Team Revolution. In the cycling off season Vincent is a long-distance runner and he often brings his running shoes when he visits our West coast office. His favourite place to run is Vancouver's Stanley Park.
Zehra is Vice President of Finance at Prodigy. She has over 15 years of experience in Financial Accounting and reporting, Operational Cost Management, Financial Analysis, P&L Management, Cashflow Analysis and Budgeting.
