Allison Adduci is POAH's Chief Financial Officer, serving as POAH's senior finance leader and principal financial strategist. She works closely with the senior team and POAH's board to develop and implement financial policies to help establish the strategic direction of the organization. Allison oversees all accounting aspects of the organization, its subsidiaries, and its multiple operating partnerships. She also maintains POAH's lender, banking, investor, and foundation relationships, as well as overseeing POAH's risk management and human resource functions. Prior to becoming CFO, Allison was POAH's Senior Vice President for Finance and Accounting. Allison previously worked as a property accountant for The Community Builders and as an audit manager specializing in affordable housing for Ziner & Company, PC (later Ziner, Kennedy & Lehan, LLP). She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Bryant University.

Austin Brass

Austin Brass is an Asset Management Associate in POAH's Ownership and Operations department. In this role, Austin assists with underwriting refinancing and recapitalization opportunities for the existing POAH portfolio. He works on due diligence requests, tax credit applications, closing checklists, portfolio financial analytics, and developing annual real estate tax budgets for acquisition prospects, new construction and owned properties. Prior to joining POAH, Austin served as an asset specialist with AlphaFlow, tracking and measuring loan performance trends and the impact of loss mitigation strategies, along with conducting underwriting, forecasting, and DCF analysis to determine the best exit strategy. Austin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Edwards University.

Brad R. Blake

Brad Blake is POAH's Vice President of Information Technology directing the organization's information technology strategies and ensuring IT services are appropriate to support POAH's mission. Brad establishes the company's technical vision and leads all aspects of the company's technology development, platforms, partnerships, external relationships and IT projects. He manages IT assets, software cycles and licensing and leads the internal IT Steering Committee. He also serves as part of the long term POAH strategic planning committee. Brad previously served as the Chief Technology Officer for Steward Health Care and Boston Medical Center, where he led all aspects of IT. Previously, Fatima worked at IFF Real Estate Solutions as an Owner's Representative, providing thorough condition analyses of facilities for non-profits while managing multiple building improvement projects through their full life cycle. Additionally, she was a Housing Rehabilitation Manager with the City of Milwaukee's Department of City Development, overseeing the rehabilitation of homes through the City's Strong Homes Loan and HOME programs. Liz Blume is the Director of the Community Building Institute (CBI) at Xavier University. She has built her career blending community organizing principles with community planning processes. She is a planning professional with more than 30 years of experience in the field. She had led multiple city, county, and neighborhood planning processes, always with the voice of the community at the heart, and with an asset based lens. She has led research efforts on important issues facing many metropolitan areas today including affordable housing, urban education, land use, community and economic development, equity and community engagement. Blume has also been the Co-Director of a Master's program in Urban Sustainability and Resilience at Xavier University. This interdisciplinary program incorporated principles from public policy, planning, and business to help students prepare for careers in environmental sustainability and resilience. Her work in this program was a natural outgrowth of her years of experience in urban settings in southwest Ohio. She has also served as the Planning Director in Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio, and worked as a planning consultant throughout the Midwest. Blume holds a Undergraduate degree in Political Science and Urban Studies from Ball State University and a Masters in Metropolitan and Community Planning from the College of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning at the University of Cincinnati.

Marlo Bryant

As Portfolio Asset Manager, Marlo serves as POAH's owner's representative, focusing on POAH's long-term ownership interests in the owned real estate portfolio of almost 13,000 units and $1.5+ billion in asset value. She handles financial reviews, capital planning, budget/reforecast reviews, limited partner exits, investor/lender relations, and serves as liaison to POAH's property management company and third- party management companies. Previously, she worked as a regional property supervisor for three years with POAH Communities, overseeing a group of properties in the Boston area as well as POAH's New Hampshire portfolio. She joined POAH Communities with an extensive background in property management that spanned fourteen years with Halkeen, MLP Ventures, Greystar, Waterton, Peabody Properties, Nordblom, and S-C Management Corporation. Previously, Müge worked at the Boston Planning & Development Agency, initially as a Senior Planner, overseeing planning and redevelopment projects in the Roxbury and Mattapan neighborhoods, before becoming Interim Assistant Deputy Director for Downtown and Neighborhood Planning. Rochelle Beeks serves as President of POAH Communities, overseeing POAH's portfolio of affordable housing apartments in eleven states and the District of Columbia. POAH Communities has over 400 staff members in offices in Kansas City, Chicago and Boston. Most recently, Rochelle served as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer for POAH Communities, beginning in 2010. In this role, she has overseen its significant growth from managing 50 properties and 6,000 affordable housing units to 115 properties with 11,000 affordable units. Rochelle joined POAH Communities in 2006, as a regional property supervisor in Chicago. There she helped grow the company's relationship with the Woodlawn Preservation and Investment Corporation (WPIC), which paved the way for POAH's acquisition of the distressed Grove Parc Apartments on Chicago's South Side and the construction of the redevelopment called Woodlawn Park. Rochelle has implemented new practices and procedures, including launching a staff training and mentoring program, along with improving the use of data collection to support organizational goals. She holds an MBA from Boston University.

Rodger Brown, Managing Director of Real Estate Development, brings 30 years of experience of affordable housing to his role and has been a part of the POAH organization since 2004. During his tenure at the organization, he has participated in the growth of POAH's portfolio to more than 13,000 units in 13 states and the District of Columbia. He is responsible for overseeing the activities of all real estate development staff, managing resource allocation, department budgets, establishing strategic initiatives and providing direction on the most complex real estate transactions. His staff of 26 development and construction management professionals execute a variety of transactions ranging from acquisition and rehabilitation of single assisted housing assets to neighborhood transformative initiatives involving extensive community engagement, resident support services, multiphase executions and complex financial engineering. Prior to joining POAH, Rodger operated a real estate consultancy providing project structuring and development consulting services to a range of for-profit, non-profit and governmental entities. When out of the office he enjoys exploring the world with his family and road cycling. He is a graduate of Boston College and held a two-year HUD fellowship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Department of Urban Planning.

Zach Bresnick is an Energy Management Associate with POAH's Design and Building Performance team, where he supports the ongoing stewardship of POAH properties through the implementation of portfolio-wide energy and water efficiency projects. His role involves identifying opportunities to reduce energy consumption, increase savings and improve building performance, collect and analyze energy use and cost data, recommend interventions and energy conservation strategies, research and pursue utility incentives and source energy project funding, and complete new energy projects across POAH's entire portfolio of properties. Prior to joining POAH, Zach was a home energy specialist with Home Works Energy. In that role he assessed over 500 homes and apartments and eliminated over 4,000 tons of carbon emissions. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University.
