Annie McBride - CMO

Annie is a tenured marketing executive and product leader with over 20 years of experience in digital agency, marketing and strategy, consumer brand management, medical device, and healthcare informatics and SaaS product management. She has experience with mergers and acquisitions across global markets with established brands such as ResMed, Zimmer, Crest Spinbrush and Trojan. Annie most recently served as VP North America Marketing of the Sleep and Respiratory Care business at ResMed Inc., where she worked to deliver on the $2B North America revenue portfolio including healthcare technology, data integrations, patient applications, interfaces, and connected devices. Prior to joining ResMed in 2012, Annie leveraged her digital marketing agency experience and MBA to hone her strength and passion in product management across consumer and medical industries in global markets. Results-oriented and passionate about improving health outcomes and experiences through people and technology, Annie's commercial strategy development combined with years of product life cycle management informs her approach to profitable, competitive, and creative programs and partnerships aimed to exceed corporate and financial objectives. B.J. Boyle

As Chief Product Officer, B.J plays a vital role in both the development and long-term vision of PointClickCare's products, overseeing the company's product management and product operations functions for Senior Care and Acute & Payer business units. B.J. brings passion, experience, and innovation to the role of Chief Product Officer, with more than 20 years of experience and expertise in Healthcare Technology and Product Management. He is positioned to lead the future of PointClickCare product strategy to serve clients across the healthcare continuum and make a difference in the lives of the patients and residents they serve. Prior to joining PointClickCare, B.J. served as Chief Strategy and Product Officer at Matrix Solutions, Director of Solution Strategy and Development for Oracle Cerner Corporation, and Director of Product Management for Resource Systems. B.J. holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from University of Mount Union, a Master of Business Administration from Point Park University, and an Executive Certificate in Healthcare Leadership from University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Ben Zaniello

A practicing Infectious Disease physician, Ben is also a technologist at heart, focused on healthcare innovation for Population Health and the transition to value-based care for all patients. His passion for care transformation comes from firsthand experience. Most recently Ben worked at Providence St. Joseph Health, as their Chief Medical Information Officer in Population Health. He ran his division's vendor selection and was responsible for the technical infrastructure that supports Providence's risk-based contracts, including their landmark direct to employer contracts with Boeing and Intel. He also led projects on consumer experience optimization, EMR integration/data exchange with Providence's strategic partners, and digital innovation projects with Providence's Venture investment fund. Prior to Providence, Dr. Zaniello did NIH-funded translational research in population health at the University of Washington while consulting in healthcare technology. Previously, he worked at the early Java start-up Marimba as well as the enterprise software company Trilogy in Austin, Texas, where he helped build their Healthcare and Financial Services practice. Dr. Zaniello continues to practice in medicine, focusing on Utah's high-risk populations. His undergraduate work was at Stanford (in Architecture, German, and Computer Science) but he returned home to his native Kentucky for medical school at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. He did his Internal Medicine residency at Weill Cornell Medical Center and Infectious Disease fellowship at the University of Washington where he also received his Master's in Public Health.

Betsy S. Atkins

Betsy Atkins is the Compensation Committee Chair and has served as a member of PointClickCare's board since July 2020. Betsy is a three-time CEO and serial entrepreneur, co-founding enterprise software companies in the energy, healthcare and software industries. She scaled companies through hyper growth, helped give shape to the future of digitization and led companies to successful IPOs and acquisitions. Betsy has served on over 34 public boards and been through 17 IPOs. Her Corporate Board experience covers industries including, technology, financial services, healthcare, CPG, automotive, manufacturing, hospitality and retail. She brings an operational perspective of how to tech enable to accelerate business solutions and "time-to-insight" for B2B and D2C enterprises. Betsy leverages broad contemporary knowledge of digital technology to reduce costs, as well as drive efficiency and productivity using AI machine learning and analytics to streamline processes. Betsy brings vision for elegant UX UI customer journey and experience, relentless customer focus and high business discipline around execution. She has written three books including, "Be Board Ready: The Secrets to Landing a Board Seat and Being a Great Director." Bill Charnetski

Bill drives the health-tech ecosystem's expansion while improving patient outcomes and system productivity. Bill believes in the power of integrated care coordination and digitized ecosystems of care to enhance the patient journey and improve transitions along the continuum. Prior to joining PointClickCare, Bill served as Chief Health Innovation Strategist for the Government of Ontario, Canada. He drove behavioral change in the provincial health system to improve its innovation receptor capabilities and used the government's massive health investment as an economic driver to scale Ontario-based health tech companies. Bill also worked with AstraZeneca, one of the world's largest innovative biopharmaceutical companies. At AstraZeneca, most recently, he led global government affairs and public policy out of London, UK. In Canada for AZ, he led integrated health solutions, pricing, market access, reimbursement, communications, strategic stakeholder engagement, and legal affairs. He was also a corporate and privacy law partner at one of Canada's leading law firms.

Bill Dillane

Bill Dillane is the Vice Chair and has served as a member of PointClickCare's board since its inception, including several years as Chair. Bill is the Founder and President of The Responsive Group, overseeing the operations of numerous long-term care homes and retirement communities across Ontario. In his role, Bill provides financial, operational, strategic consulting and advisory services. Bill's career has focused on Health Care Management including experience in the administration of private hospital, long-term care, retirement, and assisted living communities. He has worked with some of the top senior care organizations in Canada, including one of Canada's largest senior housing providers, where he held a variety of positions, including Chief Operating Officer. Bill's health-related technology investments started over 20 years ago and include a number of start-up and scale-up organizations. Bill participates in several proprietary and not-for-profit boards in Canada and the U.S. He is a Life Member of the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA), and a founding member of the Canadian Association of Long-Term Care (CALTC).

Bill McQuaide - CTO

Brian Drozdowicz

With more than 20 years of extensive experience across the healthcare technology industry, Brian has a proven track record of successfully scaling and transforming businesses through focused efforts including, organic and inorganic strategic growth initiatives, product management, and portfolio planning. As the leader of PointClickCare's A&P business unit, Brian is responsible for the development and continued success of Health System, Health Plan and Convener markets, and for driving value in PointClickCare's connected care network. Under his leadership and leveraging his technical expertise combined with his passion for product strategy, this business will empower providers with solutions that offer critical, actionable insights that lead to better patient care and outcomes. Brian recently served as the Head of Integrated Care for Bayer Pharmaceuticals where he built and led a world-class team, developed, and grew a portfolio of digital health companies, and drove successful expansion into new markets. Prior to joining Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Brian has held senior leadership roles at Bottomline Technologies, Siemens Healthineers, Verisk Health, Caradigm, and Picis. Across roles, Brian has led the expansion of these organizations through launching new products to new markets, M&A strategy, and integration, within payer, provider, and pharmaceutical verticals. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Christian Jensen

Christian Jensen has served as a member of PointClickCare's board since December 2017. Christian is a Partner at Dragoneer Investment Group and Co-Head of Private Investments. Dragoneer is a growth-oriented investment firm with over $22 billion under management. Christian has led the firm's investments into several software, financial services, and consumer companies including CCC Intelligent Solutions (CCCS), Clearwater Analytics (CWAN), Datadog (DDOG), Duck Creek (DCT), Gusto, NuBank (NU), PointClickCare, Procore (PCOR), Samsara (IOT), ServiceTitan, Slack (WORK), Snowflake (SNOW), and UiPath (PATH), among others. Prior to joining Dragoneer in 2016, Christian was a Principal at Accel Partners and before that, was with AEA Investors. James Yersh - CFO

James has over two decades of experience holding senior executive-level roles across finance, administration, and go-to-market functions at SaaS-oriented and technology companies. In previous roles, James executed both the duties of chief financial officer and held further responsibility as chief administrative officer. As part of this expansive scope, James drove growth and accountability through financial planning, key performance indicators, and data-driven, cross-functional performance reviews. He also worked closely with product, technology, and other go-to-market leaders to unify plans that accelerated company growth. Prior to joining PointClickCare, James served in a variety of roles at companies including Mitel, eSentire, KORE Wireless, BlackBerry, Cognos Incorporated, and Deloitte. Kari Hall - Chief Strategy Officer

Joining PointClickCare as Chief Strategy Officer in 2021, Kari oversees strategy, corporate development, partnerships, and Incubation businesses. With her extensive tenure in healthcare technology, Kari is focused on identifying unique insights and market dynamics that inform the corporate strategy and value creation potential. Kari brings nearly 20 years of experience, serving most recently as Vice President of Product Marketing at Cerner. In this role, Kari led a team of over 50 product marketers across Cerner's global business, actively anticipating future market dynamics and continuously refreshing the marketing strategy and build/buy/partner decisions. Prior to Cerner, Kari spent 10 years at ResMed across various roles including strategy, M&A, marketing, finance, operations, and customer success. Most recently, she led Portfolio Strategy and Business Development for ResMed's SaaS business focused on the post-acute care market. Her depth and breadth of commercial experience is instrumental in regularly assessing the strategy and execution to ensure appropriate priorities, resourcing, accountability. Prior to ResMed, Kari spent 10 years on Wall Street in various roles from equity research, portfolio management, and investment banking, always with a focus on the healthcare industry.

Leslie Campbell

Leslie Campbell is Audit Committee Chair and has served as a member of PointClickCare's board since January 2023. Leslie is an experienced public board director and former international operating executive who served in senior executive roles at RELX, Oracle Corporation and Dell, Inc., in the U.S. and Europe. In her operating career, she served enterprises not only across industries and countries, but also across functions as an executive in operational, finance and customer-facing roles. She began her career at KPMG, serving first in audit and later in the international high technology tax practice and is recognized as an SEC audit committee financial expert. Leslie currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Shapeways (NYSE: SHPW), Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee of PetMed Express (NASDAQ: PETS), Chairman of the Audit Committee of LiveVox Holdings (NASDAQ: LVOX), and previously, Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee of Coupa Software (NASDAQ: COUP). She is NACD Directorship Certified™ and was named to WomenInc. magazine's list of Most Influential Corporate Board Directors.

Matt Emery

Matt Emery served as a member of the PointClickCare board from April 2015 to December 2020, and is currently JMI's Observer on the board. As a General Partner at JMI Equity, a growth equity firm focused on investing in leading software companies, Matt focuses on JMI's investments in software and digital health businesses. In addition to PointClickCare, Matt currently oversees the investments or serves on the boards of CipherHealth, Clio, Jane Software, and TimelyMD. Prior to joining JMI in 2006, Matt was an analyst in the technology investment banking group at Thomas Weisel Partners and a research associate at Thompson, Siegel & Walmsley. Matt is a CFA charter holder and holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and serves on the Board of Trustees for The Gillispie School.

Mike Wessinger - Chairman

Mike Wessinger is PointClickCare's Co-Founder and Executive Chair of the board. Prior to taking on the role of Executive Chair, Mike served as PointClickCare's Chief Executive Officer from 1995 to 2021. Mike's vison and leadership established PointClickCare as the first cloud-based health information system for the senior care industry. Relentless in his pursuit to disrupt the healthcare status quo, Mike's forward-thinking vision drove the organization to level silos across the healthcare ecosystem, creating North America's largest care collaboration network. In his role as Executive Chair, Mike continues to champion corporate culture, enhance governance, recruit diverse talent, and partner with internal and external boards and teams to solve critical healthcare challenges and propel PointClickCare forward as a world-class organization. Outside of PointClickCare, Mike serves on the board of RX Food and C100, where he actively leverages his years of experience to coach and mentor leaders at the helm of rapidly scaling tech companies.

Orysia Semotiuk - Chief Legal Officer, CHRO

As Chief People Officer, Orysia leads the development and execution of PointClickCare's employee experience and engagement strategy to attract, develop, and retain its technology and other top talent. As General Counsel, Orysia also oversees all legal, compliance, and corporate secretarial matters at PointClickCare. With over 20 years of experience representing and advising companies across industries, Orysia's background includes practicing law at two of Canada's largest law firms: McCarthy Tetrault LLP as a partner and Stikeman Elliott LLP as an associate. At both firms, she specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate, commercial, and securities law. She also worked at BlackBerry Limited as Senior Legal Counsel, advising on public company matters. Orysia holds a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School, a Master of Laws from Queen's University, and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from University of Manitoba.

Phil Fogg Jr.

Phil Fogg Jr. has served as a member of PointClickCare's board since April 2017. Phil is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Marquis Companies, which owns and operates 22 skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living campuses in Oregon, California, and Nevada, as well as provides home health and home care services to residents. Phil entered the senior care profession as an administrator and despite the dire financial challenges Oregon providers were facing, he founded Marquis Companies in 1989 and assumed the management of his first skilled nursing facility. Phil founded its sister company, Consonus Healthcare, in 2004, serving rehab therapy, consulting, and pharmacy customers in 11 states. He has also led the creation of the innovative Co-Pilot data analytics solution, which helps facilities demonstrate their patient outcomes and quality of care to potential payers and referral sources. Throughout his career, Phil has been an active advocate for long-term care in Oregon, and an influential national voice in the nation's capital. He previously served as President of the Oregon Health Care Association (OHCE) and is currently the Board Chair of the American Health Care Association (AHCA) and Senior Care Pharmacy Coalition (SCPC). Phil also serves as a Director for Vynca. His lifelong commitment to charitable causes led to his creation of the Vital Life Foundation in 2008, providing greater meaning and purpose to the lives of staff, residents, clients, and business partners.

Robert (Rob) Eberle

Robert (Rob) Eberle has served as a member of PointClickCare's board since April 2015. Rob held the position of Chief Executive Officer and President of Bottomline Technologies from 2006 -2022. Under his guidance, Bottomline has become a leading provider of innovative payment, digital banking, invoice, and cyber fraud solutions, delivered across multiple geographies and markets. Bottomline has been recognized with multiple awards for product innovation and has been named one of the "Best Places to Work." Prior to his role as Chief Executive Officer, Rob served as the Chief Operating Officer of Bottomline from 2001 to 2006 and as its Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2004. Before his time at Bottomline, Rob held senior executive positions in the wireless and handheld computer industry. Rob has served on numerous technology company boards and community focused non-profit boards. He currently serves as Chairman on the board of Exeter Health Resources and on the board of Graff Golf.

Sameer Narang

Sameer Narang has served as a member of PointClickCare's board since December 2020. Sameer is a Partner of Hellman & Friedman, one of the longest running private equity investment firms operating today. Sameer leads Hellman & Friedman's investment activities in the technology and retail sectors. Prior to joining Hellman & Friedman, Sameer worked in Blackstone's Private Equity group in New York and Mumbai, India. In addition to PointClickCare's board, Sameer is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Applied Systems and serves on the board of Action, athenahealth and At Home. He was formerly a Director of Ellucian and Grocery Outlet and was active in the Hellman & Friedman's investment in Activant Solutions. Sameer is an Arjay Miller Scholar and recipient of the Alexander A. Robichek Award from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Travis Palmquist - SVP

Travis leads the LTPAC market business strategy, delivering on bookings, revenue conversion, vision alignment, and segment expansion. During his PointClickCare tenure, Travis has harnessed his deep-seated industry knowledge to drive success as the General Manager of senior living, as well as in his role leading the industry market team. Passionate about serving vulnerable populations, Travis has worked closely with the nation's largest and most advanced senior living providers for over 25 years. Prior to joining PointClickCare, Travis served as an Executive Director, Director of Operations, and Divisional Director of business development of a national provider of senior care services. He then translated his understanding of post-acute facility operations to sales and executive leadership roles within healthcare technology. His unique background unites the nuances of post-acute facility operation with an evidential understanding of how technology can better the lives of individuals across the healthcare continuum.
