Aaron S. Jacobs is a trial and appellate attorney who concentrates his practice on technology litigation, including with respect to patents, trade secrets and general complex commercial litigation.
Over the course of more than 20 years, Aaron has litigated and tried technologies cases covering a vast range of industries, including online dating, mobile-phone standards, Bluetooth standards, superconductors, online commerce, automobile engines, mobile-phone chips, computerized systems for administering insurance contracts, electronics for flow measurement systems, genetic testing, and a wide variety of software and mobile apps. His patent trial victories include, among others, a jury verdict on behalf of patentees Texas Instruments and Stanford University for $112 million; and a jury verdict for his client, accused infringer Superconductor Technologies, on defenses of invalidity and noninfringement.
The judges of the District of Massachusetts appointed Aaron to the blue ribbon committee charged with drafting revisions to the local rules governing patent infringement cases, which resulted in implementation of Local Rule 16.6. Aaron also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, where he teaches Advanced Patent Litigation.
Aaron is an active member of several bar organizations, including the Judge Lourie Boston IP American Inn of Court, where he is a member of the Board where he previously served as the Treasurer, Secretary, and Counselor. Aaron is also a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Association, for which he serves on the Model Patent Jury Instructions Committee. Aaron was named to the Editorial Board of IP Law360 in 2022.

Adam F. Braillard is a partner in Prince Lobel's Real Estate and Telecommunications practices and is at the forefront of the firm's Renewable Energy and Cannabis practice groups.
Adam has devoted his career to the development of telecommunications and renewable energy infrastructure projects. Adam brings to Prince Lobel more than 20 years of experience in transactional and commercial land use development, encompassing a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate matters. He regularly counsels clients on permitting, leasing, and sales and acquisitions, as well as on company formation and financing. Adam's diverse real estate experience, his ability to stay up-to-the-minute on the constant changes in the field of renewable energy, and his skill for taking complicated subjects and making them easily understood, make him a valued resource to his clients.
As a co-founder of the firm's Renewable Energy Practice Group, Adam assists clients in all aspects of the assessment, development, and financing of renewable energy projects. He guides clients through the complex maze of state and federal tax incentives and counsels them on the various regulations pertaining to commercial renewable energy matters. Adam makes sure that every client understands not only the legal complexities of renewable energy projects, but also the many environmental, business, and financial benefits that result from developing a renewable energy system.
As a member of the firm's Telecommunications practice, Adam has worked on hundreds of wireless telecommunications development projects from inception to completion. He assists clients with site acquisition and lease negotiation, the local and state municipal and environmental permitting processes, design and architectural/engineering services, and construction issues.
As a member of the firm's Cannabis practice, Adam advises new and existing businesses on all cannabis-related matters, including consulting on marijuana licensure; navigating municipal zoning and permitting procedures; helping clients achieve and maintain regulatory compliance; and drafting corporate and real estate agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam served as counsel and as a Program Manager for Smartlink LLC, a nationally recognized telecommunications infrastructure development company.

Adam R. Doherty is a trial lawyer and Co-Chair of the firm's Litigation Department. Adam represents clients in complex business litigation in state and federal courts, including contract disputes, shareholder/LLC member disputes, claims brought pursuant to unfair and deceptive trade practice statutes, securities actions, intellectual property matters and class actions. Adam has extensive experience litigating cases in court and through arbitration and mediation. He also regularly counsels sports organizations, leagues and players on a wide-range of issues.
Adam also has a broad range of experience in reinsurance and insurance coverage, including property and casualty, media liability, disability, accident and health, and environmental and toxic tort claims.
Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Adam served as a law clerk in the coverage group of a major property and casualty insurer. He graduated magna cum laude from New England School of Law where he received a full merit scholarship, was recognized as a New England Scholar, and served as an editor of the New England Law Review.
Adrianne Ramos is a partner at Prince Lobel and a domestic relations attorney who assists clients in all areas of family law. With more than 15 years of experience, Adrianne has litigated numerous highly contested matters including divorce, equitable distribution, custody, child support, and alimony, among others. In addition to her experience in the courtroom, Adrianne regularly employs all modes of alternative dispute resolution to help clients reach peaceful, expeditious resolutions.
Adrianne is committed to providing the best possible outcome for her clients and to ensuring that they fully understand the legal, financial, and personal implications of their cases. While she prioritizes her own clients above all, Adrianne also works to resolve conflicts and complex family disputes between parties in the most equitable way possible, attempting to minimize the trauma to parents and children during a particularly delicate time. Adrianne also serves as a Guardian ad Litem and Attorney for Children (ARC counsel).
Adrianne has worked extensively with victims of domestic violence. While practicing law in Virginia, Adrianne worked with the Tahirih Justice Center, an organization dedicated to protecting immigrant women and girls fleeing gender-based violence. She has also given numerous talks and trainings on the intersection of domestic violence and family law.
Adrianne received her B.S. from the University of Maine and her J.D. from the New England School of Law. She served as law clerk to the justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court.
In November, 2022, Adrianne was elected to represent her hometown of North Andover and four neighboring municipalities in the Massachusetts Legislature as State Representative for the 14 th Essex District.

Alexander Hymowitz is a cannabis regulatory and corporate associate. He works with Prince Lobel's Cannabis team across the regulatory, real estate, data privacy and security, business litigation and business transactions practice groups in the Boston and New York offices.
Alexander first joined Prince Lobel as an associate in 2022. During law school, Alexander worked with the Volunteers of Legal Services Veterans-Initiative, where he represented veteran indigent clients in probate court. He also served as an oralist for the New York Law School International Arbitration Moot team, participating in the moots in both Vienna and Singapore.
Throughout law school, Alexander worked for a preeminent New York firm researching procedural and substantive legal issue focusing primarily on commercial litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. He was also awarded a full-tuition Merit Scholarship from New York Law School.
Prior to law school, Alexander attended the State University of New York - Binghamton, graduating, cum laude, with a major in political science and a minor in Israel studies. After graduating college, but before attending law school, Alexander served as a combat soldier in the Israeli Defense Forces and as an administrative aide in the Israeli Parliament.

Alexis is a recent graduate of Boston College Law School. In her time at law school, she worked as a Rule 3:03 Student Attorney with the Juvenile Rights Advocacy Clinic. Amanda is a recent graduate of Northeastern University School of Law. During her time in law school, Amanda served as a Senior Editor on Northeastern University Law Review and worked as a student attorney at the Intellectual Property Law where she interviewed and counseled clients through the early stages of the trademark application process. She also conducted trademark screening searches and assessed potentially conflicting trademarks to develop advisory reports for the clinic's clients.
Amanda first joined Prince Lobel as a Law Clerk in the spring of 2023. Prior to joining Prince Lobel, Amanda clerked at Northeastern University's Office of the General Counsel and at Forma Therapeutics, where she assisted in-house counsel with transactional document review.

Andrew Schriever is partner, a court-appointed and private mediator and an arbitrator, and a member of Prince Lobel's Business Litigation and Cannabis Industry practice groups.
A co-founder and president of the Hudson Valley Cannabis Industry Association and co-founder and Board member of the New York City Cannabis Industry Association, he currently serves as president of the Westchester County Bar Association (WCBA). He also currently chairs its Task Force on Attorney Well Being and the Post-COVID Practice of Law and he is also an active member and lecturer for its Cannabis Law Committee. In addition to advising clients in cannabis law, he has served as a Court-appointed arbitrator and has also mediated for the Court's mediation program as well as privately since 2006. He is currently a member of the Ninth Judicial District's Access To Justice Task Force, where he serves as a coach in mediation training for court-administered certification and he will be teaching the advanced commercial mediation curriculum. Mr. Schriever has also represented clients in all aspects of state and federal litigation, including complex commercial, corporate, real estate, land use and telecommunications matters.
Mr. Schriever also previously served as president of the Board of Directors for the Legal Aid Society of Westchester County, as legal counsel on the Board of Directors of RiverArts, vice president of the Greenburgh Nature Center's Board of Directors, and co-chair of the WCBA's Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, as well as an editor of the WCBA Bar Journal. He also served as the WCBA's treasurer for two terms and a Board member before that. Mr. Schriever also served as a delegate to the New York State Bar Association's House of Delegates (its policy-making arm). Anna M. Martignetti is a partner at Prince Lobel and she focuses her practice exclusively in domestic and international family law matters.
When Anna's clients come to her under particularly difficult and stressful conditions, she listens closely to their goals and provides personal attention, dedicated advocacy, and true compassion for the complex issues unique to each family.
During law school, Anna was an intern with the Office of the Prosecutor for the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in the Hague, the Netherlands, participating in the prosecution of war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide. Additionally, she served as a legal intern in the Immigration Task Force at the United States Attorney's Office in Boston and as a law clerk for the detention attorney at the Political/Asylum Immigration Representation (PAIR) Project.
Anna has also worked at the Suffolk Probate and Family Court in Boston performing short-term investigations in custody disputes. While completing her LL.M., Anna served as the chair of a Swedish non-governmental human rights organization.

Anne-Marie Regan has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in large, complex commercial disputes, with an emphasis on reinsurance and direct insurance coverage and bad faith issues. She has experience in environmental and toxic tort claims, media and publishing liabilities, and accident and disability claims. She counsels clients on a variety of privacy issues, as well as claim-handling practices and insurance regulatory matters.
Anne-Marie works closely with clients to resolve disputes efficiently through litigation, arbitration, and mediation. She has represented clients in state and federal courts across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in numerous jurisdictions throughout the United States. She has served in a coordinating role, managing claims pending in courts throughout the country, and ensuring consistent quality handling of claims.

Prior to joining Prince Lobel, Anne-Marie practiced for 10 years at Morrison Mahoney & Miller, where she was a partner specializing in reinsurance litigation and arbitration, insurance coverage, bad faith litigation, and complex commercial litigation. She began her career at Mendes & Mount in New York City.
Anne-Marie earned her J.D. at Hofstra University School of Law, where she served as articles editor of the Hofstra Labor Law Journal. Prior to that, Anne-Marie studied at the University of Salzburg, Austria. She is proficient in German.
Barbara Hicks oversees all of Prince Lobel's client billing and payment operations, creating and implementing all related policies and procedures to ensure that client bills are correct, accurate, and comply with firm standards.

Brian Dingman is a member of Prince Lobel's Intellectual Property practice group. He is a registered patent attorney with 35 years of experience counseling clients in worldwide patent and trademark procurement strategies and enforcement.
His practice focuses on representing companies with critical intellectual property requirements. He works with clients to develop strategies to procure patents in the United States and worldwide. He writes and prosecutes patent applications as well as counsels and assists clients in clearing and procuring trademarks.
Brian also helps to position intellectual property for license or sale, and negotiates and drafts licenses and other intellectual property transfer agreements.

Cameron is also a member of the firm's Social & Philanthropy Committee.
