Aaron S. Jacobs

Aaron S. Jacobs is a trial and appellate attorney who concentrates his practice on technology litigation, including with respect to patents, trade secrets and general complex commercial litigation. Over the course of more than 20 years, Aaron has litigated and tried technologies cases covering a vast range of industries, including online dating, mobile-phone standards, Bluetooth standards, superconductors, online commerce, automobile engines, mobile-phone chips, computerized systems for administering insurance contracts, electronics for flow measurement systems, genetic testing, and a wide variety of software and mobile apps. His patent trial victories include, among others, a jury verdict on behalf of patentees Texas Instruments and Stanford University for $112 million; and a jury verdict for his client, accused infringer Superconductor Technologies, on defenses of invalidity and noninfringement. The judges of the District of Massachusetts appointed Aaron to the blue ribbon committee charged with drafting revisions to the local rules governing patent infringement cases, which resulted in implementation of Local Rule 16.6. Aaron also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, where he teaches Advanced Patent Litigation. Aaron is an active member of several bar organizations, including the Judge Lourie Boston IP American Inn of Court, where he is a member of the Board where he previously served as the Treasurer, Secretary, and Counselor. Adam F. Braillard is a partner in Prince Lobel's Real Estate and Telecommunications practices and is at the forefront of the firm's Renewable Energy and Cannabis practice groups. Adam has devoted his career to the development of telecommunications and renewable energy infrastructure projects. Adam brings to Prince Lobel more than 20 years of experience in transactional and commercial land use development, encompassing a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate matters. He regularly counsels clients on permitting, leasing, and sales and acquisitions, as well as on company formation and financing. Adam's diverse real estate experience, his ability to stay up-to-the-minute on the constant changes in the field of renewable energy, and his skill for taking complicated subjects and making them easily understood, make him a valued resource to his clients. As a co-founder of the firm's Renewable Energy Practice Group, Adam assists clients in all aspects of the assessment, development, and financing of renewable energy projects. He guides clients through the complex maze of state and federal tax incentives and counsels them on the various regulations pertaining to commercial renewable energy matters. Adam makes sure that every client understands not only the legal complexities of renewable energy projects, but also the many environmental, business, and financial benefits that result from developing a renewable energy system. As a member of the firm's Telecommunications practice, Adam has worked on hundreds of wireless telecommunications development projects from inception to completion. He assists clients with site acquisition and lease negotiation, the local and state municipal and environmental permitting processes, design and architectural/engineering services, and construction issues. Adam R. Doherty is a trial lawyer and Co-Chair of the firm's Litigation Department. Adam represents clients in complex business litigation in state and federal courts, including contract disputes, shareholder/LLC member disputes, claims brought pursuant to unfair and deceptive trade practice statutes, securities actions, intellectual property matters and class actions. Adam has extensive experience litigating cases in court and through arbitration and mediation. He also regularly counsels sports organizations, leagues and players on a wide-range of issues. Adam also has a broad range of experience in reinsurance and insurance coverage, including property and casualty, media liability, disability, accident and health, and environmental and toxic tort claims. Adrianne Ramos is a partner at Prince Lobel and a domestic relations attorney who assists clients in all areas of family law. With more than 15 years of experience, Adrianne has litigated numerous highly contested matters including divorce, equitable distribution, custody, child support, and alimony, among others. In addition to her experience in the courtroom, Adrianne regularly employs all modes of alternative dispute resolution to help clients reach peaceful, expeditious resolutions. Adrianne is committed to providing the best possible outcome for her clients and to ensuring that they fully understand the legal, financial, and personal implications of their cases. While she prioritizes her own clients above all, Adrianne also works to resolve conflicts and complex family disputes between parties in the most equitable way possible, attempting to minimize the trauma to parents and children during a particularly delicate time. Alexander Hymowitz is a cannabis regulatory and corporate associate. He works with Prince Lobel's Cannabis team across the regulatory, real estate, data privacy and security, business litigation and business transactions practice groups in the Boston and New York offices. Alexander first joined Prince Lobel as an associate in 2022. During law school, Alexander worked with the Volunteers of Legal Services Veterans-Initiative, where he represented veteran indigent clients in probate court. He also served as an oralist for the New York Law School International Arbitration Moot team, participating in the moots in both Vienna and Singapore. Throughout law school, Alexander worked for a preeminent New York firm researching procedural and substantive legal issue focusing primarily on commercial litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. He was also awarded a full-tuition Merit Scholarship from New York Law School. Amanda is a recent graduate of Northeastern University School of Law. During her time in law school, Amanda served as a Senior Editor on Northeastern University Law Review and worked as a student attorney at the Intellectual Property Law where she interviewed and counseled clients through the early stages of the trademark application process. She also conducted trademark screening searches and assessed potentially conflicting trademarks to develop advisory reports for the clinic's clients. Andrew Schriever

Andrew Schriever is partner, a court-appointed and private mediator and an arbitrator, and a member of Prince Lobel's Business Litigation and Cannabis Industry practice groups. A co-founder and president of the Hudson Valley Cannabis Industry Association and co-founder and Board member of the New York City Cannabis Industry Association, he currently serves as president of the Westchester County Bar Association (WCBA). He also currently chairs its Task Force on Attorney Well Being and the Post-COVID Practice of Law and he is also an active member and lecturer for its Cannabis Law Committee. In addition to advising clients in cannabis law, he has served as a Court-appointed arbitrator and has also mediated for the Court's mediation program as well as privately since 2006. He is currently a member of the Ninth Judicial District's Access To Justice Task Force, where he serves as a coach in mediation training for court-administered certification and he will be teaching the advanced commercial mediation curriculum. Mr. Schriever has also represented clients in all aspects of state and federal litigation, including complex commercial, corporate, real estate, land use and telecommunications matters.
