Drew manages the day-to-day operations of the PRDS Site Acquisition, A&E and Corporate teams from the home office in Eagle, ID. Since 1996 Drew has worked in both the private and public sectors, in project management, site acquisition, and land use entitlement. Prior to forming PRDS, Drew worked for several wireless carriers performing site acquisition and zoning services, including Cricket Communications, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, AT&T Wireless, and SBA, Inc. Drew also worked for Millennium Venture Group (MVG) at their national headquarters in Denver, where he was responsible for zoning and permitting retail stores in Colorado for MVG and its clients. Drew is a former city planner, most recently as the Albany County (Laramie, WY) Planning Director. Drew holds a B.A. from Fresno State University and a M.A. in Geography with an emphasis in Planning, from the University of Wyoming. Drew, his wife and their three children reside in Eagle, ID.

Anthony Tombo earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering, from The Ohio State University and has also earned multiple Structural Engineering licensure (PE, SE, MLSE). Anthony worked for Powder River 2012-2013 as a junior engineer. He spent three years in the telecom industry performing structural analysis/design of telecom related structures including but not limited to rooftops, water tanks, and towers. Anthony then moved on to working in the residential/commercial design and truss engineering industry in the South Florida area. Anthony returned to Powder River in April 2019. He has demonstrated expertise in the structural engineering industry throughout his career. Anthony resides on the Treasure Coast of Florida where he works from his home office in Port St. Lucie.

Gerard is a Site Acquisition Program Manager for projects nationally. Since 2013, Gerard has been specializing in Site Acquisition and Project Management on projects throughout the Pacific Northwest, New England, California and, most recently, the Southeast US. His experience includes leasing, zoning, permitting, field operations, construction management, overall project management, and business development. Gerard and his wife, Katie, reside in Beaufort, South Carolina, and enjoy getting out on the boat, fishing, or surfing in the summer, skiing out west in the winter, and staying active as much as possible year-round.

Megan began working for PRDS in 2007 and is primarily responsible for accounting and financial reporting. She also manages the day to day accounting activities from our home office. In her time with PRDS she has worked in all aspects of accounting and finance. Megan is an experienced accountant and knows the wireless industry very well. She received her bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Wyoming and currently resides in Boise, ID.
Michelle joined Powder River Development Services in 2021. She has over 25 years in hospitality and customer service management. In addition to human resources, Michelle experience includes hotel operations, sales and event management, accounting, system administration and training. Michelle was born in Montana but has lived most of her life in the Boise area. When not working she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and watching football.

Pat manages the day-to-day operations of the PRDS Construction Management and Corporate team. Pat has extensive knowledge of construction project management, site leasing, and land use entitlement. For over 20 years, Patrick has worked for several wireless carriers performing site design and construction management in Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, Cleveland, and New York. He has worked for such carriers as Cricket Communications, AT&T Wireless, Nextel, T-Mobile, and Metricom. Patrick holds a B.S. from Kansas State University and resides in Bend, Oregon.
Pat manages the day-to-day operations of the Corporate, Construction, and A&E teams from Bend, OR.

Todd joined Powder River in May of 2017 as an A&E Project Manager working in Oregon. He has more than 20 years working as a project management professional in telecommunications with progressive management experience and repeated success in leading and directing technical management projects from inception to completion. His previous experience includes working with AT&T and Apple. Todd has the ability to leverage industry and business experiences in bringing rich and diverse perspectives to address complex challenges. He is a leader who is capable of establishing and sustaining focus and motivation of his team members in consistently achieving or exceeding goals and objectives. Todd lives in Eagle, ID with his wife and children.
