Priority Project Resources, Inc. (PPR) serves municipalities and not-for-profits with certified grant writing, grant administration, and low-interest federal loan packaging. We specialize in CDBG funding programs, as well as, other state and federal grant/loan programs (DOT, DNR, USDA, EDA). We also provide assistance with URA Land Acquisition, Section 106 Environmental studies, and the review of Davis Bacon Certified Payroll Reports... Once the funding path has been decided, PPR will enter into a contract with your community to complete your funding applications and guide you through the rules and regulations.
