Located in North Ryde, Private Universe was founded by Brendan Helsham in June 2000. Initially providing simple break/fix support to a small range of clients, over time Private Universe grew to supply hardware and software and build its support base... Private Universe is a Cloud Solution Provider with Microsoft and continues to perform Microsoft 365 migrations for many clients... In 2008, Private Universe added telephony services to its portfolio by partnering with 3CX. Since then, Private Universe has deployed over 300 phone systems. Currently Private Universe focus on delivering Cloud Hosted PBX services utilising AWS cloud infrastructure via its PBX Blue brand.
