- R & D Senior Hardware Manager
Dr. Lai has 20 years experience in communications field and is responsible for R&D management. Prior to joining Proscend, he worked at APM Communicatations (a RF module company), Wistron NeWeb Corporation, and Zyxel Communications. He is leading the hardware team with five years industrial-grade development history.
Mr. Chen is in charge of company business operation, logistic supply chain, and quality management, etc. He was the R&D superior of TECOM before. He has more than 30 years R&D management experience, especially on hardware circuits design and driver level software programming for telecom products.
Mr. Chen has focused on the communications field since 1985. Before founding Proscend, he was the founder of an international communications company in the Hsinchu Science Park. He has seven years experience in R&D and more than 27 years international telecom & industrial grade product business operation experience. His working experience includes providing product to first-tier global brand telecommunication and industrial enterprises, especially for international OEM / ODM projects and with branding business in Indian market now.

Mr. Huang now utilized his extensive knowledge in telecommunication along with sales experience to lead Proscend's sales & marketing department. He established solid foundation in the field of telecommunication, mainly for EWSD Switch, SDH and GSM products during his 12 years in Siemens. He gained comprehensive experience in sales & brand-marketing and ODM customers management skills in his subsequent jobs in BENQ and Liteon. Started to work on the international sales for IP-DSLAM business development in Germany, Iran and Russia markets in his day in Tailyn Technology Inc.
Mr. Chen has strong background in embedded software system development and served many first tier customers successfully. He has over 20 years experience in software development and familiar with Compilers, OSs and CPUs (X51, X86, Mips, PowerPC, Arm). The field includes telecom, datacom, and TV with detail tasks in HDLC, LAPD, Q.931, T1/E1, DECT, HDTV, SHDSL / SHDSL.bis, ATM, Linux Driver, Linux BSPs, TCP/IP Communications Protocols, etc.
