Founder Nick Radtke, started Radtke Homes in 1995. Prior to starting his own company, Nick owned a framing company. From the "trenches" he witnessed the inefficiencies occurring on many building projects. The inefficiencies resulted in added expenses and loss of quality. Radtke Homes was created to reign in these tendencies so the home buyer could purchase a quality built home at its best value.
