A member of the Propark team since 2011, Alexander previously served as Regional Manager, overseeing a variety of locations, including airports, hospitals, residential, municipal, and near-airport parking operations. In his role as Regional Vice President, he leverages this wide-ranging experience in the parking industry to facilitate the continued success of Propark's existing locations while ensuring the company's growth within the Florida region.

Amy Zaid - SVP

Amy joined Winpark in December 2011 and oversees multiple Winpark Class-A parking operations. Manages operational projects, marketing efforts and implementation of operational procedures. Oversees all budgets and ensures that all operational procedures are adhered to, maximizing clients' revenue and enhancing service delivery for guests. Also supervises the quality of work from all employees to ensure work tasks and assignments are performed efficiently, effectively, and with the utmost customer service.

Ben Omuya - VP

Ben Omuya is the Regional Vice President of Propark's New Jersey region. He first joined the Propark team as a Senior Account Manager, excelling in the role and establishing himself as a leader at the company. After pursuing his education, he returned to Propark as Regional Vice President in New Jersey, where he now leverages his operational experience to effectively lead regional, area, and account managers and ensure Propark's continued growth throughout the region.

Brenda Freije

Brian Cannon - SVP

Brian has spent over 27 years in the parking industry. In his current role as Senior Vice President, Operations, Brian will be responsible for overseeing Propark's portfolio in existing markets, such as Florida, Washington, D.C., Boston, and other regions along the East Coast. Brian will help to enhance the Propark Mobility brand by developing unique programs to meet client needs and providing our customers with the highest quality service experiences in the industry. Prior to joining Propark, Brian held numerous positions including, District Manager and Regional Sales Manager, as well as REEF Parking's Executive Vice President of Hospitality, holding a similar role for AmeriPark thereafter.

Chris Rockwell - SVP

As Senior Vice President, Chris is responsible for overseeing Propark Mobility's and Sovereign Services' entire portfolio of operations in the Southcentral Region, while creating new and exciting opportunities for growth in the area. With his breadth of knowledge across all verticals, Chris has been instrumental in developing successful parking operating plans for clients. Looking for creative ways to generate and capture revenue through in-depth analysis and best practices have been key to forming trusted and long-term client relationships.

Christiansen Zamora - VP

A seasoned parking industry professional with over 15 years of experience. In Christiansen's current role, his focus is on client satisfaction and providing Senior Leadership Support to his team of Mobility Professionals. As a Regional Manager for the company's mobility sector, Christiansen is responsible for overall operations, planning and implementation of our mobility offerings and partnerships and will support University Circle by ensuring key objectives are met and key performance indicators are managed closely.

Conrad Dobrowolski

As the electrification manager for Propark, Conrad is responsible for integrating electric vehicle infrastructure and green energy projects. A dynamic, motivated, multilingual professional with the background and proven work ethic to guide and support various projects, strategic planning, compliance, and more within the electric vehicle charging infrastructure and green industries. Experienced in full project lifecycle from design to sales, installation, and support. Skilled at collaborating with stakeholders to identify regulatory and design needs for sustainable infrastructure development. Early in his career Conrad deployed telecommunications solutions in dense metro areas and then managed the deployment in the field. He then transitioned to heavy capital site construction inspection and project management before advancing his career into green energy infrastructure. Conrad has project managed hundreds of installations and construction projects throughout the United States and Canada, to include Apartments Complexes, Municipalities, Universities, Airports, Parking Garages, Campuses, Hotels, and Retail centers. Throughout his career, he has proven his talent for delivering excellent service in fast-paced environments, with the skillset to analyze complex information, manage critical projects, and lead diverse individuals.

Courtney Keany - Chief Legal Officer

As Chief Legal Officer, Courtney is the first woman to sit on Propark's executive board. In this role, she provides legal guidance and innovative solutions that drive the company forward, aligns legal and business strategies to enable value creation, guides legal and regulatory matters for Propark, and more. Courtney joined Propark in 2013, initially providing part-time legal assistance before transitioning to a full-time role as Director of Legal Affairs. She then served as Propark's General Counsel, providing legal advice to the company on a variety of matters, including risk management, litigation, labor and employment, contracts and licenses, and environmental, health, and safety concerns. Having practiced law for over 25 years, she brings a wealth of experience and keen expertise to her role in overseeing Propark's legal and compliance matters. Prior to joining Propark, Courtney was a federal prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice. She received her J.D. from the George Washington University School of Law and her B.A. from Columbia University.

Dan Martino

A member of the Propark team since 2014, Dan brings over two decades of experience to his position as Vice President of Risk Management. After earning his degree in Occupational Health and Safety, he began his career as a Health and Safety Consultant before working as a Loss Control Consultant in the insurance industry. At Propark, in his previous roles as Human Resources Manager, Compliance & Loss Control and Corporate Director of Risk Management, Dan has applied his diverse background in insurance, risk management, and loss prevention to create a safer workplace for team members and guests. As Vice President of Risk Management, he leads Propark's team of loss control specialists, collaborates on the organization's insurance needs, and works closely with Propark's legal department to assist operations teams, leadership personnel, and clients with insurance risk management services.

David Bonadies

As Vice President of Ancillary Services, David Bonadies oversees the development and implementation of Propark's comprehensive maintenance services. He joined Propark in 2024, bringing over 30 years of experience in property management, contractor optimization, and project management. In his position, he leverages this expertise to ensure Propark delivers the highest quality ancillary services across the country. From power washing and dry sweeping to painting, snow removal, and more, these wide-ranging offerings protect clients' parking assets and deliver a better parking experience for their tenants, visitors, and customers.
