Joseph Nemelka J. - CEO

Prior to founding PRS, Mr. Nemelka founded technology solutions provider Integr8ted Technology Solutions, LLC. Prior to Integr8ted, Mr. Nemelka was a full-time advisor to eGS living in London (UK). He represented the National Information Consortium (NIC) in a joint venture between a Swiss venture capital firm ETF Group, London-based venture development organization Vesta Group, and NIC in the creation and the initial operations of eGS. Previous to that, Mr. Nemelka served as the Executive Vice-President, Market Development for NIC. He also served as Chief Executive Officer and director of their subsidiary, Utah Interactive, Inc. Prior to becoming an officer of NIC, Mr. Nemelka was President of their Market Developement division. Additionally, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Arkansas Information Consortium, Inc. Mr. Nemelka holds a B.A. in political science from Brigham Young University and a J.D. degree from the University of Kansas School of Law.

Michael V Beheshti - Chairman, Founder

Dr. Beheshti brings a unique blend of practical experience and entrepreneurial drive to PRS. Dr. Beheshti graduated AOA from the University of Utah School of Medicine in 1984 where he was twice selected a Marriner S. Eccles fellow in public policy. Dr. Beheshti trained in medicine at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center, and practiced as a flight surgeon in the Air Force prior to taking residency training in Diagnostic Radiology at the Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Beheshti completed fellowship training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology, also at Yale, and then served as the Director of Vascular Radiology at Wright Patterson USAF Medical Center from 1991-1997. Dr. Beheshti has an active interventional radiology practice in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he is regarded as a leading authority in the state on the percutaneous management of liver cancer and portal hypertension. Prior to founding PRS, Dr. Beheshti was founder, Chairman and CEO of Handheldmed, Inc., a start-up software company that is a leader in electronic medical reference publication and electronic medical charting solutions for use on portable handheld computers and PDAs.

Scott Larsen

Before joining PRS, Mr. Larsen was Director of Operations for FranklinCovey's Global Services division. Most recently he led in the development of FranklinCovey's Aligning Goals for Results workshop. Prior to joining FranklinCovey, Mr. Larsen was Chairman and President of Software Studios, Inc., where he led the company in the development and implementation of technology solutions. Previous to that Mr. Larsen was Editor in Chief of WordPerfect for Windows Magazine. There he helped to develop the publication into one of the top-ten computer publications in the United States. Mr. Larsen holds a B.S. degree from Brigham Young University in International Finance, a B.A. degree from Brigham Young University in Korean, and a Masters of Business Administration from Brigham Young University.

Steven G. Black J.

Before joining PRS, Mr. Black was an attorney with the regional law firm of Snell & Wilmer. Mr. Black's areas of practice included business transactions, corporate law, emerging business services, real estate development, and federal/state tax law. Representative clients included many Fortune 500 companies, medical practices, software companies, investors and financial institutions. Mr. Black is a certified public accountant licensed in the State of Texas. Mr. Black holds a B.S degree, cum laude, from Brigham Young University, a Masters of Accountancy degree from Brigham Young University, and a J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University. Mr. Black is also a member of the executive committee and board of directors of The Mesa, a national arts and humanities residency center.
