Andreas Lex

In his most recent role, Andreas was the Vice President of US Sales for Baxter International's Renal business. Throughout his 30-year career in the Medical Device industry Andreas has held leadership roles in general management, sales and marketing with various companies calling on surgeons, radiologists, pulmonologist, nephrologists etc. in the hospital, ambulatory surgery and stand-alone clinic space. He is passionate about driving sustainable growth and new technology adoption through developing his team members, creating value and simplicity for caregivers and providing positive and meaningful patient experiences.

Avi Lazar - CEO

Avi Lazar founded PulmOne Advanced Medical Devices Ltd. in March 2006, and has been serving as CEO since its inception. Prior to PulmOne, Avi served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer in several Israeli technology companies, where he was instrumental in raising over $50 million from prominent financial and strategic investors, such as Cisco Systems, Lehman Brothers, Philips, JP Morgan Partners, Texas Instruments, ABN Amro and others. Avi has also served on a number of Boards. Before these corporate activities, Avi held senior positions with international accounting firm Ernst & Young, where he was responsible for several successful initial public offerings in NASDAQ and TASE.

Brian Menjivar

Brian is a Respiratory Therapist (RT) and a Registered Pulmonary Function Technologist (RPFT) with 8 years of Pulmonary Function Testing experience. Prior to PulmOne he worked for LabCorp (previously Covance), where he specialized in clinical research on pulmonary function and helped facilitate regulatory approval for medications for respiratory disease as well as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's.

Dr. Marc Rothenberg

Dr. Rothenberg is the Director of the Division of Allergy and Immunology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center (Cincinnati Children's), a tenured Professor of Pediatrics at Cincinnati Children's and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine (UCCOM), the Founder and Director of the Cincinnati Center for Eosinophilic Disorders (CCED), and the Founder and Director of the NIH-sponsored, national Consortium of Eosinophilic Disease Researchers (CEGIR). He graduated summa cum laude with Highest Honors in Chemistry and Biochemistry from Brandeis University. At Harvard Medical School (HMS), he completed the combined MD/PhD program. After completing a residency in pediatrics at Children's Hospital in Boston, Dr. Rothenberg did a combined fellowship in Allergy/Immunology and Hematology at Children's Hospital and a post-doctorate training in Boston. He came to the UCCOM and Cincinnati Children's in 1996 and has helped build a top program in pediatric research; his division is a leader in pediatric allergy and immunology. His research is focused on molecular analysis of allergic inflammation. Dr. Rothenberg's awards include the 2007 E. Mead Johnson Award from the Society of Pediatric Research, an NIH MERIT Award in 2010 and he is a member of the Hewlett-Woodmere Alumni Hall of Fame. He is an elected member of the ASCI, AAP, AAAS and SPR. His publications number over 325. He has served on various review panels for journals and grant agencies including the NIH, Burroughs Trust, the MRC of the UK and the ISF of Israel. He is an Associate Editor of the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, and Mucosal Immunology, and co-Section Head of the Allergy and Hypersensitivity Section of Faculty 1000. He is the Inventor of over 20 patents, issued or pending. He has served as a key Consultant to a number of Start-Up Companies that have subsequently become public entities. He has served a four-year term on the Advisory Council of the NIAID. His research has been supported by numerous sources including the NIH, Human Frontier Science Program Organization, the Burroughs Wellcome Fund, the Dana Foundation, the US Department of Defense, US-Israel Binational Fund, and PCORI. He has trained a myriad of clinical and research investigators in his own laboratory and also as Program Director and/or Co-Principal Investigator of several NIH training grants including the NIH CTSA KL2, NICHD CHRCDA K12, and NIAID T32.

Eran holds a B.A. degree in Political Science and German from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a M.A. in Marketing Communications Management from the University of London.

Flavien Dubiel

Flavien joins us after serving as France, Belgium and Switzerland Sales Manager for GCE Healthcare (NASDAQ: ESAB). Flavien has successfully participated in the development of medical devices solutions for hospitals and strongly support the introduction and development of homecare solutions. Previously, he was Sales Manager for DeVilbiss Healthcare France, where he successfully managed a sales team and launched several product campaigns. Flavien studied Marketing and Sales in France, Iceland, Finland, and Canada where he obtained a Master of Science in Marketing at HEC Montréal and IAE de Lille.

Prof. Jeffrey J. Fredberg

Prof. Brown served on the editorial boards of Medicine International, the Journal of the American Paraplegia Society (section editor), the Journal of Spinal Cord Injury Medicine (section editor), the Journal of Spinal Cord Injury Medicine (associate editor) and the Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Robert Pelfrey

Robert Pelfrey, DHSc, RRT-ACCS, RPFT, NPS, AE-C has worked as a registered respiratory therapist for the past 16 years. Before joining PulmOne, Robert was a hospital manager of respiratory care, pulmonary function therapy, and a sleep laboratory. He also teaches at the university level as adjunct faculty in the field of cardiopulmonary/renal anatomy and physiology. Additionally, Robert serves on the State of Ohio Medical Board as a member of the Ohio Respiratory Care Advisory Council. Robert holds a Doctor of Health Science from Nova Southeastern University, a Master's degree from Cleveland State University, and a Bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University.

Scott Lawson

Scott joins PulmOne after serving in senior sales positions at Pulmonx (NASDAQ:LUNG) over the past 8 years. In his various roles at Pulmonx, he successfully participated in the adoption and growth of Bronchoscopic Lung Volume Reduction in UKI, Nordics & BENELUX, and assisted in the NHS England Specialised Commissioning of Lung Volume Reduction. Previously, Scott held positions with medical device companies Lombard Medical, Atrium Medical/Maquet and Vygon. Scott studied Sport & Exercise Science at Leeds Metropolitan University and received a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management from the London School of Business and Finance.
