PSI NETWORK - Key Persons
Amy Carter was born into a "Bell" family……mother, brothers, aunts, uncles and many cousins all worked for the Telephone Company. She has 35 years in the telecom business, primarily on the operations side of the business. She is very customer focused and has an eye for details. Interestingly enough, Amy has supported PSI-Net for many years while working for TelePacific, now she is finally part of PSI family.
Born in East Los Angeles, Amy grew up here in So Cal. She has been happily married to her husband Ken for over 17 years now. They have one son Jonathan who is married to Morgan, they have two beautiful boys: Bennett 3 and Ryan 1. After waiting for grandkids for many years, these little guys have truly stolen Grandma's heart. Let the spoiling begin!! Last but not least, Amy also has an miniature American eskimo (who is quite large), his name is Bear. He hails from the city of Big Bear. She enjoys college football (go Cal Bears), cooking and gardening.

Jason Stein joined PSI in 2014 as Director of Cloud Technologies. Jason has worked in technology and telecommunications for over 15 years with key experience at XO, Paetec, T-Mobile, TW Telecom, and Unitas Global. During his career he has built a comprehensive knowledge of hosting, voice, data, and cloud solutions, working with companies across all industries, regions, and sizes. He has become an expert Cloud trainer and researcher that can tailor his information to relevant audience: Master Agents, Sub-agents, VARs, MSPs or System Integrators. His background in coaching and sales coupled with his knowledge of the cloud makes him the perfect person to lead the PSI team into this new area of technology sales. With technology always changing - he acts as an informed, trusted advisor for his clients and trainees.
Born and raised in Southern California, Jason is a dedicated husband and massively proud father of two. A recovering high school multi-sport athlete, he loves all sports and is always involved in recreational leagues or coaching of one kind or another. He takes pride in the connections and relationships he has created in the SoCal community and is an active member of his church.
Matt Boyer has been with PSI since June of 2007 after working as a financial analyst for Washington Mutual Bank and Professional Community Management. Matt proudly grew up in the small town of Coalville, Utah with his parents, sister, a number of family critters, and seemingly dozens of cousins. His graduating class was only 45 so being involved was the norm. Matt played football, basketball, baseball, a little track, and was Sterling Scholar in music as a trumpet player.
He served a full time, two-year mission for his church in Arizona and later received a finance degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. After marrying the girl of his dreams, he and Emily moved to sunny California where they are currently raising four wonderful children in Aliso Viejo. His hobbies include drinking freshly squeezed vegetable juice, singing in the church choir (bass in the morning-tenor at night), working on his six pack (still hidden), enjoying weekly dates with his wife, and wrestling with the kids on the floor.

Tom Sprinkle joined PSI in early 2012 as VP of Sales. Tom has over 20 years in the telecommunications industry beginning in 1993 with AT&T. Over the last 10 years he has developed indirect sales channels for AT&T and two other CLECs. After supporting PSI as a Channel Manager for 7 years a strong friendship emerged with PSI owner and staff. Though it took several years to convince him, Tom finally made the jump from the corporation side of telecommunication sales to the Master Agency side of the business. Over the last decade his strength has been in wide area networking, in the last 5 years Tom has developed a speciality in SIP and Hosted telephony.
Born in Maine Tom moved to the island of Sicily at 6 months old, once his family returned to the US he was raised moving up and down the east coast as his father was a Naval Aviator and Intelligence officer. Most of his family is still in NC and FL, but he came to Southern California in 1999 to marry his wife Judy, they have 4 girls and 2 granddaughters. His favorite things to do are work in his yard, play volleyball on the beach with his youngest daughter, walk Molly his golden retriever and date-nights with his wife. Tom and his wife are very involved and dedicated to growing and strengthening marriages through a ministry called The Marriage Resource.
Velvet Anderson joined PSI at the beginning of 2012 to assist with our pre-sales demand of bill copy extractions, price quotes, proposals & contracts. She comes to us with 20+ years in accounting mostly in the construction field. Velvet was born & raised in Hawaii/Oahu. She is crazy about Hawaiian food and beaches!
She also loves to ride the dunes in Glamis! She is a proud mother of two successful sons: one who is happily married and lives in Northern California and who recently gave Velvet her first grandson, Kuane, who is just over 1 year old.
