We are also of the strong belief that most constraints to performance are often self-imposed, especially in the sense that they are internal in origin to the organization or individual. We help organizations locate these insipient limitations in ways that are both liberating and empowering. But then this is only one of the several things we really do... But in all these, the difference we bring about is deeply rooted in our irreverent attitude to the norm and an almost uncanny ability to look at things that are and ask, ‘Why?' and at the things that are not and ask, ‘Why not?'.
