Carla helps guide and support the Real Leaders publishing activities in content strategy as well as marketing and advertising opportunities. Carla has over 25 years of experience in nonprofit and B2B publishing and is an award-winning writer and editor.
As the creator of S.H.E. Summit & the Whole-Life Leadership Method, Claudia's mission is to advance your highest, whole-life leadership potential and unlock the extraordinary leader in you for your wellbeing, family, career, workplace and community.
Grant has 25 years of media and publishing experience behind him and has launched new titles for clients in South Africa, UK and the US. He has developed communication and media strategies for top brands, including Laureus and the Parliament of South Africa. He is also a best-selling author.
Heather built her career in NYC's vibrant media industry with a variety of marketing roles in major print media, before being elevated to CMO, North America for Guardian News & Media. She discovered her passion for building purpose-driven brands and brings the belief that "business can be a force for good" to her role as GM of Real Leaders.
Having spent 18 years in digital innovation and strategy, Joanna is certain the data, talent, and technology already exists to solve the world's biggest problems; including our climate crisis. She thrives on building momentum, making things happen and unleashing potential; whether that's the potential of teams in how they work together, or of digital products in serving their users and the greater good.

A graduate of the University of Oregon's School of Journalism and Communication, Madelyn's background is in advertising and multimedia art. Mark is an active impact investor, advocate for gender-balanced leadership, and has founded several leadership networks promoting business as a force for good. He also founded SVN, a global commercial real estate firm, and served as CEO for 22 years. He is based in the USVI.

As a graduate from the University of Arizona, Eller School of Business, Noah's background is in marketing and management of social media. At Real Leaders he brings inspiring stories to life, via digital media, and elevates audience engagement and expansion.
Parneet Pal is a Harvard- and Columbia-trained physician working at the intersection of lifestyle medicine, technology and behavior change. An educator and science communicator, she applies her subject matter expertise to optimize human health and its impact on business leadership and planetary wellbeing.
Ramona Stanley is a media studies and film student at the University of San Francisco. She is currently working as an intern at Real Leaders as part of a summer internship program. She also edits videos for Real Leaders social media pages.
Ryley is a recent college graduate with creative work experience in graphic design. As an intern with Real Leaders since 2020, he's created many internationally published graphics for the print and digital magazine.
