Meet Hanna, our talented account manager with over 12 years of experience in retail sales and operations management. She brings a deep understanding of the higher education industry, having worked at The Duck Store in Eugene for more than a decade, serving the UO academic community with a strong focus on educational technology.
As a University of Oregon alumna, Hanna is a devoted Duck fan and is deeply passionate about supporting the local business community. She has held several leadership roles within the industry of higher education retail and technology sales and has been recognized for her course content development for national programs, including the National Association of College Stores and Apple Authorized Campus Stores.
Hanna's expertise in retail marketing and packaging, combined with her extensive experience in sales, makes her an invaluable asset to our clients. Her strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction is evident in her work as an account manager and in her active involvement in various community organizations, including the Springfield Chamber Greeters and Eugene Young Professionals.
In her free time, Hanna enjoys indulging in her creative hobbies, such as writing, painting, gardening, and nature walks. She is also a dedicated volunteer at Mt Pisgah Arboretum and Nearby Nature and enjoys attending local events like the Cascade Mycological Society.
Kori Murphy joined QSL in 2019 and comes with 20+ years of printing experience. She spent her first three years in the industry doing customer support and then jumped at the chance to assume an Account Manager role when it was presented to her.
Kori loves collaborating on projects with her customers, helping guide them through from start to finish, and making the time to get to know them and forming lasting partnerships. When asked what she likes best about her job she says "it's the people, not the paper."
In her free time Kori likes spending time with her family and dogs. She enjoys traveling whenever possible and will be working to encourage her brand new grandson to become fluent in a language or two so when he's old enough to travel he can be her translator! "Definitely French and maybe German."
Melissa Koke - CEO, President, VP of Sales

Melissa Koke, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, is currently in preparation to take the helm as President of Koke New Century, Inc., the parent company of QSL Print Communications, instaprint, and Quick Service Auction Printing (QSAP). As a fourth-generation printer, from a family that has been printing in Lane County since 1907, Melissa has CMYK ink running through her veins.
It is with great enthusiasm that Melissa bears the family torch into the 21st century. Technological advancements help keep QSL moving forward in efficiency, accuracy, and sustainability. To Melissa, leadership means pursuing these advancements while maintaining the values of high-quality craftsmanship and responsible manufacturing. Melissa takes pride in this company and loves the community it's been serving since 1950.
As an Account Manager and a leader, Melissa enjoys finding the best and most efficient solutions for any project. Being a mom and a partner, Melissa's first priority is her family. As a former Left Fielder at the University of Oregon, well of course - GO DUCKS!
Melissa Koke is poised to head QSL Print Communications - and its parent company Koke New Century - nearly 110 years after her great-grandfather started the family's first printing business.
