Ms. Bonnie Wang joined Qiming Venture Partners in 2012 and focuses on internet and consumer investment. Her notable investments include NEIWAI, PETKIT, YESMRO, TASOGARE and Booming Technology.

Before beginning her investment career, Bonnie worked for Egon Zehnder, one of the world's largest management consulting firms specializing in senior-level executive search. Prior to that, she worked for Agence France-Presse as a Shanghai-based journalist.

David Chu is a Partner at Qiming Venture Partners, focusing on fundraising and investor relations for Qiming's USD funds. David has over 20 years of experience in the U.S. and China's venture capital ecosystems as a limited partner, financial advisor to entrepreneurs, and venture capitalist.
Prior to joining Qiming, David was a Senior Investment Officer with the Private Equity team at the Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association (LACERA). David led LACERA's internal execution of PE/VC co-investments and secondaries, a program which he helped architect and implement. Prior to being promoted to Senior Investment Officer in 2018, David was responsible for managing LACERA's global portfolio of venture capital and growth equity fund commitments. During his seven-year tenure, David served on 30 advisory boards and led over $2.5 billion in commitments across numerous PE/VC funds, co-investments, and secondaries.
Prior to that, David spent 10 years as a Co-Founder and Managing Director of SVP Capital Advisors, a Shanghai-based financial advisory firm. At SVP, David led the sourcing and execution of a dozen fundraising and M&A transactions with leading venture capital firms and strategics.
Earlier in his career, David worked at Idealab, Schroders, and Arthur Andersen.
David has an MBA from Cornell University and a BS in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.

Gary Rieschel is the Founding Managing Partner of Qiming Venture Partners, a firm he launched in Shanghai in 2006. Qiming invests in Technology and Consumer (T&C) and Healthcare and has over 100 staffs in China and the U.S. Qiming has $9.5 billion USD in capital raised. Prior to founding Qiming, Mr. Rieschel was a senior executive at Intel, Sequent Computer, Cisco Systems, and Softbank Corporation. Gary started his VC career by creating Softbank's U.S. venture group in 1995 (SBVC), and while at Softbank he invested in twelve companies which grew to over $1B USD in market capitalization and served on Softbank's board of directors. Gary was early in the emergence of venture capital in China, through sponsoring and founding several of China's early VC firms, including Softbank China Ventures (2000), SAIF Partners (2001), and Ceyuan Ventures (2004), before moving to China to create Qiming.
Mr. Rieschel is well regarded as a mentor to entrepreneurs and other venture capitalists. He helped found the China Greentech Initiative, and he sponsored the Rocky Mountain Institute's entry to China (Re-Inventing Fire - China). Gary actively supports the Asia Society, the Council on Foreign Relations, The Nature Conservancy, PERC (free market environmentalism), the Climate Leadership Council, and the U.S. Olympic Foundation. He is on the Fudan University International Advisory Board.
Mr. Rieschel attended Reed College (BA Biology) and Harvard Business School (MBA). Mr. Rieschel was based in Shanghai from 2005 through 2016 when he relocated to Seattle, WA to launch the Qiming U.S. operations.

Grace Lee is a Partner and Group COO of Qiming Venture Partners. She has extensive experience in the venture capital industry covering investment, portfolio management, fund operation and fund raising. Prior to joining Qiming in 2009, Grace was the Deputy CFO and Compliance Officer of C. V. Starr Asia. Previously, Grace was an investment professional dealing with private equities and listed securities when she worked at PAI Partners and JAFCO Asia. Grace was an auditor in the early part of her career life.
Grace was named the Top 10 Most Influential CFO in the China VC/PE Industry in 2017 by ChinaVenture, and the Best China PE/VC CFO in 2022 and 2023 by Frost & Sullivan and LeadLeo Research Institute.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of London. She is a fellow member of HKICPA and a CFA charter holder. Grace is a Board of Director and Co-Chairwoman of Hong Kong Private Equity Finance Association, and a board member of China Venture Capital Finance Organization. She is also a Non-Executive Director of The Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts Limited.
Ms. Maykin Ho is a Venture Partner at Qiming Venture Partners.
Maykin is a retired Partner of Goldman Sachs & Co. where she spent 24 years, most recently as an Advisory Director for Global Healthcare Investment Banking. Previously, Maykin was a biotechnology analyst and co-head of US Healthcare for Global Investment Research. Maykin was ranked the First or Second Team in Biotechnology by Institutional Investor and Greenwich Associates for over ten years. Maykin has also received numerous awards from The Wall Street Journal and Financial Times.

Mr. Alex Zhou is a Partner at Qiming Venture Partners.

Mr. Duane Kuang is a Founding Managing Partner of Qiming Venture Partners and a member of the Investment Committee. Duane has over 30 years of operational and investment experience and started his venture capital career in 1999.
Duane's areas of investment include Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Blockchain. Some of his prior investments include Roborock (SHSE:688169), WeRide, UBTech (SEHK:9880), Unisound, Hesai Technology (NASDAQ:HSAI), Intelligent Automation, Chaitin, Qiniu Cloud, etc. Duane is the Chairman of the China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (CVCA) and a member of the VC committee of AMAC.

Mr. Kuantai Yeh is a Partner at Qiming Venture Partners. Kuantai has over 20 years of working experience in venture capital, investment banking, and high-tech companies.
Kuantai was a Vice President at Credit Suisse, responsible for the Asia Technology Investment Banking business. Kuantai began his career at Cypress Semiconductors based in the Silicon Valley where he was an R&D Manager and a Wafer Fab Engineering Manager.

Oscar joined Qiming Venture Partners in 2015. Prior to joining Qiming Venture Partners, Oscar worked at WI Harper as Senior Investment Associate. Before that, he worked at China eCapital Corporation (now CEC Capital Group) as Associate.

Mr. Robert Headley is a Partner at Qiming Venture Partners, focusing on fundraising and LP relationships. Robert has worked in venture capital since 2000. Robert led fundraising efforts for more than $5 billion in capital commitments across seven Ignition and Qiming funds, and served as the Administrative Partner for Ignition Partners from 2000 until 2019.
Robert previously served as a director for Enclarity (acquired by LexisNexis), Extend America (acquired by Sprint) and several other Ignition portfolio companies.

Mr. Shuo Mao is a Principal of Qiming Venture Partners, focusing on investments in the healthcare sector.
Shuo joined Qiming Venture Partners in 2015. Prior to joining Qiming, Shuo worked as a management consultant at IQVIA, providing product portfolio, marketing, and access strategies for local and international clients in the healthcare industry.

Amy previously worked in Morningside Ventures for 13 years (2002 2015). in charge of its Beijing office. Amy invested and managed dozens of early stage biotech portfolios during this period. Up till now, most of the investments have exited via IPOs or M&A with multiple returns.
Prior to joining Morningside, Amy worked in GSK as a regulatory manager for five years and product manager for two years.

Yi Zhang - Chief Legal Officer, COO

Yi Zhang serves as China COO and General Counsel at Qiming Venture Partners. He is responsible for legal, administrative, and public affairs at Qiming.
Yi brings almost two decades of legal experience in PE/VC investments, corporate strategic investments and acquisitions, IPOs and financing, corporate governance, and general business legal and compliance affairs. Prior to joining Qiming, he worked as Lead Transaction Counsel of Alibaba Group and Ant Group, and General Counsel of Alibaba Local Services overseeing legal affairs related to Alibaba Group and Ant Group's domestic and international strategic investments and financing, and legal and compliance affairs for Alibaba Local Services. Before that, he had held positions at several well-known international law firms.
Yi received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Cornell Law School. He holds Master's degree in sociology from Columbia University and Bachelor's degree in sociology from Renmin University of China. He is admitted to practice law in the states of Pennsylvania and New York in the US and has passed China's national bar examination. Currently, Yi also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees at Shanghai American School.
